What is RSVP?

Baseball meets math, science, grammar, and more! Each ticket option comes with a ballpark tour. You may bring a sack lunch if you choose the Super Ticket or Triple Play Package options. It is open to preschool-5th grade students.

Booking Information

All reservations are made through the Reserve A Date form. Please note that all reservations are tentative until confirmed by email. If your preferred date is not available, we will work with you to secure a date. All dates are filled on a first come first serve basis. A waiting list will be available if dates are filled.

Make-Up Dates: February 16-20, 2026, are make-up dates due to inclement weather or other events.

Purchase Options

Starter Package: ($5/student) Students participate in a 45-minute tour and the RHOF Scavenger Hunt. The total time is 75 minutes. *Maximum of two natural classes (50 students); the sack lunch option is NOT available.

*Triple Play Package: ($8/student) Students participate in two (2) activities and a one-hour stadium tour. The total time is 2 hours. *Maximum of four natural classes

*Super Ticket: ($10/student) Students participate in three (3) activities and a one-hour stadium tour. The total time is 2 ½ hours. *Maximum of six natural classes; 130 students

*Please add 30 minutes if you intend to bring a sack lunch. The RSVP Director reserves the right to deny a space for a sack lunch.

PLEASE NOTE: Schools requesting a single day for more than six natural classes may only do the Triple Play package. Space for a sack lunch is NOT available. Other restrictions may apply.

Non-School Groups

Homeschools, daycares (adult and child), and other groups are welcome to participate in RSVP.

  • Minimum of 15 participants
  • Homeschool groups may bring one caregiver per family, per three participating children. One additional caregiver per family may attend for a charge. (Subject to change at the discretion of the RSVP Director.)
  • Must have final count of participants and the number of chaperones two weeks before the scheduled date.

Bats, Balls, and Bases (Not available in September, April & May)

Mathematics Grades 1-5

Diamond Detectives

Science Grades 3-5
Use scientific inquiry skills to conduct an investigation of the most exciting collision in baseball... bat and ball!

Bus Grants

The Kansas City Royals Foundation is proud to provide the ability for Title I Public Elementary Schools to attend RSVP. Schools may apply for a bus grant to attend RSVP. Preference is given to schools in Clay, Jackson & Platte Counties (MO), and Johnson & Wyandotte Counties (KS).

Location

Groups enter Gate A located on the 3rd base side of the stadium. Buses/vans may park in Lot J. The activities and tour are ADA accessible.

Chaperones

Schools may bring four non-school personnel chaperones per class. A list of non-school personnel chaperones MUST be submitted before the day before your field trip. (The RSVP Director reserves the right to change the number of allowed chaperones based on circumstances).
