Fountain Pass Opt Out Request

You can opt out of your monthly Fountain Pass subscription at any time. You must complete the form below with your cancellation request on or before the 20th of May to cancel your monthly Fountain Pass subscription and not be charged for a June Pass.

Any cancellation request made after the 20th of each month will result in cancellation of your Fountain Pass effective as of the last game of the following calendar month.

*Season Long Fountain Passes are NOT eligible for opt out.
