Royals Ticket Refunds

Postseason Ticket Strip Purchases:
Should the Royals not qualify for the Postseason, or the Royals make the Postseason, and all games are not played, any Postseason credits for those games (and parking, if applicable) will automatically be applied towards your 2026 Season Tickets. In the event additional account credit remains after applying to your 2026 season tickets, those credits are eligible to be used towards 2026 regular season home games. All 2025 Postseason account credit expires on September 27, 2026.
If you prefer to have your Postseason credit refunded back to you, please complete the form below by Friday, November 7, 2025. Credit card charges will be refunded to the card used to pay for the Postseason ticket package. If you paid by cashier's check, certified check, money order or cash, a refund check will be issued to the Account Holder of Record listed on the Season Ticket account. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks after November 7, 2025.
Single Game Postseason Purchases:
In the event that a game is not necessary and therefore not played, all single game purchases for that game will automatically be refunded to the card on which they were purchased (approximately two to three weeks after the last Royals Postseason game). Single game purchasers will not need to fill out the below form to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for played games for any reason.
