Game Day Information Direct From Kauffman Stadium

The Royals have a detailed weather safety plan in place that is reviewed every season. Every usher at Kauffman Stadium is trained to move fans to safety at a moment's notice. In the event of severe weather near The K, fans will be instructed to move to safe areas by ushers, public address announcements and instructions on the CrownVision scoreboard. The Royals consider the safety of our fans a first priority and monitor conditions continuously during all games and other events.
Ticket Policy for Rescheduling of July 25 game vs. Cleveland Guardians
The July 25th game vs. the Cleveland Guardians has been postponed and is rescheduled for Saturday, July 26 at 1:40 PM CT as part of a split-admission doubleheader. Game 1 will begin at 1:40 pm CT with Game 2 scheduled for 6:15 PM. Separate tickets will be needed if you are attending both games.
Tickets for Friday, July 25 game will automatically be valid for Game 1 on Saturday, July 26 at 1:40 PM CT. Fans do not have to exchange their original tickets if they elect to attend the rescheduled game.
Gates will open at 11:30am for Crown Club ticket holders and all other gates will open at noon.
Individuals who have not yet picked up their Royals x Grateful Dead co-branded jersey can do so at Guest Services during game 1 on July 26 at 1:40 PM CT.
The Flo Rida postgame concert will take place after the conclusion of game 2.
Fans may also utilize the value of their ticket (paid amount) toward any future Royals regular season game in 2025. Refunds are not available for fans who elect to apply the paid value of their ticket to a lesser priced game or seating area. Fans who apply the value of their tickets for a higher priced game or seating area will be responsible for paying any resulting balance.
All exchanges must be completed by the first pitch of the rescheduled game, July 26 at 1:40 PM.
Tickets can only be exchanged by the account holder on record as determined by the Royals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to discounts offered for the purchase of some tickets the amount paid for the ticket, and thus the value of your ticket, may be different than the price printed on the ticket.
Season Ticket Members with a traditional Full, Half, or Partial ticket package must use the Live Ticket Exchange Program through their My Royals Tickets account. For more information, Click Here.
Single game and mini plan tickets can be exchanged online at royals.com/mytickets. Log in using your MLB.com email address. This should be the same login as you use for the MLB Ballpark app.
After logging in, click the Exchange link on the left-hand side of the page
Select your tickets for the July 26, 1:40 pm game, and follow the necessary steps.
You can exchange multiple tickets within the same order at one time
All Complimentary, Commissioner Initiative, and Fountain Pass tickets cannot be exchanged and are valid for the rescheduled game only.
Tickets for suites, groups and other special areas are valid for the rescheduled game. If you are not attending the rescheduled game, purchasers must contact their sales representative to exchange tickets to a mutually agreed upon game. Ticket exchanges will not be available after the first pitch of the rescheduled game.
Fans who purchased tickets on SeatGeek, or any other secondary market must contact the customer service staff for that business for inquiries about rainout tickets.
Tickets and parking for the postponed game are not subject to refunds. Ticket exchanges will not be available after first pitch of the rescheduled game and are subject to availability.

The May 7th game vs the Chicago White Sox has been postponed and is rescheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 6:10 PM. Tickets for the Wednesday May 7 game will be honored for the rescheduled game. Fans do not have to exchange their original tickets if they elect to attend the rescheduled game.

Ticket Policy for Wednesday, April 23rd game vs. Colorado Rockies
The Wednesday, April 23rd game vs. the Colorado Rockies at 6:40 PM has been postponed.
Fans holding tickets for the originally scheduled game on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:40 p.m. will receive a credit on their account for the value of their tickets. The credit will ONLY go to the original purchasers account. This credit will be applicable towards 2025 regular season ticket plans, mini-plans, single-game tickets, group tickets, or nightly suite rentals.
The game originally scheduled on April 24th at 1:10 pm will now to be part of single-admission double-header. Game 1 will start at the originally scheduled time of 1:10 pm, and game 2 will start shortly after the conclusion of game 1.
Fans holding tickets to the originally scheduled April 24th game at 1:10 pm can attend both games of the doubleheader and will have the same seat for both games.

Group and suite ticket purchasers will be contacted by their ticket sales representative to determine a new mutually agreed upon date.

Credit will expire at the conclusion of the 2025 regular season.
