Red Sox 2025 Postseason Ticket Purchase Opportunity Terms and Conditions

Registration for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of select face value tickets for 2025 Wild Card Series, American League Division Series presented by Booking.com ("ALDS"), American League Championship Series presented by loanDepot ("ALCS"), and/or World Series presented by Capital One ("WS") (if any) games played by the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park 4 Jersey St., Boston, MA 02215 (the "Ballpark") will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, September 15, 2025, and end on the applicable dates as shown in the chart below, and no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 9, 2025 (the "Registration Period"). The Red Sox will conduct random drawing(s) on the dates specified below from among the pool of eligible registrations received during the applicable Registration Period (collectively the "Eligible Registrations"). Eligible registrants selected in the random drawing(s) (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, the "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets for the Wild Card, ALDS, ALCS, and/or WS (each a "Series") which may be played at the Ballpark. Tickets will be available to Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis only while tickets remain. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee you will be able to purchase ticket(s) for that Series. Exact date, times, ticket limits, game limits and instructions for ticket purchase for each Series will be communicated by e-mail on dates selected by the Red Sox to each Drawing Winner via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the instructions in the e-mail(s), he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this 2025 Postseason Ticket Purchase Opportunity (the "Program"). There is no charge to register for this Program. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registration will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program depends on the number of Eligible Registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity. The payment card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets for the 2025 Postseason at the Ballpark will be held on date(s) set forth below. Drawing Winners for the opportunity to purchase tickets for the Wild Card, ALDS, ALCS, or WS will be selected by random drawings at later dates (as shown below) and notified via e-mail with instructions on the ticket purchase process including dates, times and ticket limits for these sales. All Eligible Registrations, whether selected in a particular drawing or not, will continue to be eligible for subsequent drawing(s), if any. Tickets purchased in connection with the Program are for personal use only, and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions. Drawing Winners are eligible to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets for one game to the applicable Series corresponding with the dates of the drawing. Ticket limits are subject to change at the Red Sox's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are selected as a Drawing Winner but the Red Sox do not play in the Wild Card, ALDS, ALCS, or WS, as applicable, you will not be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets. If you purchase ticket(s) for a game that is subsequently determined to be unnecessary, you will be refunded (see below for details).

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must, at the time of registration, (a) be a legal resident of the United States including its territories/commonwealths/possessions, (b) be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority), and (c) have a MLB.com account. To register, you must login to your MLB.com account and complete and submit the registration form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. Each Eligible Registration will be automatically entered into all remaining drawing(s), if any. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual for the same Series, only the first registration received will be considered. Only registrations submitted to redsox.com via the online form provided above during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing(s). Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of registration. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Red Sox is responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections.

Tickets purchased in connection with the Program are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations for an opportunity to purchase tickets under this Program have no monetary value, and have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Red Sox, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Red Sox tickets generally; as such, the Red Sox from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

Red Sox Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy:
redsox.com Internet Purchases: In the event that the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the date on which the Game was scheduled to occur, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for payment of the ticket. No credits will be issued and the ticket will have no cash value.

Only eligible fans that have completed the ticket purchase opportunity registration form during the Registration Period and have been declared a Drawing Winner will have the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program.

Notification of selection and receipt of e-mail does not guarantee tickets for any of the Postseason Series games. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

By submitting you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and MLB's Terms of Use and MLB's Privacy Policy. By registering for this Program, each registrant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Red Sox, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a drawing to be conducted for any reason; (b) the actions of registrants or any other individuals in connection with any drawing; (c) injury or damage to such registrant's or other individual's computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in the Program; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any registration and/or any registration data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase tickets or tickets purchased in connection with any drawing, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the BOC, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The program is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations.
