Continuous Enrollment
All current 10th Teammates have their Season Ticket account registered in our Continuous Enrollment program. This makes renewing for the 2026 season as easy as can be, as no action is necessary for the account to be renewed! 10th Teammates who stay opted in will receive the lowest pricing on their 2026 Season Tickets and will have their deposit run on Friday, July 25, 2026.
10th Teammates who want to opt-out of their 2026 renewal can do so beginning Monday, June 23, 2025 by clicking here and filling out the opt-out form. This form is required to be completed for any opt-outs, and must be filled in its entirety prior to Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 5 PM. Opting out of Continuous Enrollment will run the risk of losing the lowest possible pricing for 2026, as well as select benefits that are reserved for 10th Teammates who remain opted in.

Q: Do I need to take any action to renew my account for the 2026 season?
A: No action needed! Since you are a 10th Teammate and registered in our Continuous Enrollment program, you do not need to take any action to renew your account for next season.
Q: What if I want to Pay-in-Full or utilize the 3-month payment plan that has been offered in previous seasons?
A: All 10th Teammate Season Ticket packages are initially set up on our 12-month payment plan, which requires a 12% deposit on July 25, 2025, followed by eleven (11) installments of roughly 8%. If you would like to pay-in-full or utilize the 3-month payment plan, contact your Season Service rep or a member of our Service Team at 216-420-4487 and they can adjust your account.
The 3-month payment plan will require a 12% deposit on July 25, 2025, followed by three (3) installments on 9/15/25, 11/17/15 & 1/15/26.
There is no difference in total cost whether on a payment plan or paying in full, as no interest is added to payment plans.
Q: I want to change my Season Ticket package for next season. Should I opt-out now and then renew once I can do so?
A: We recommend staying opted in to our Continuous Enrollment program, even if you plan to adjust your Season Ticket package as this will ensure you receive the lowest pricing. In the coming months, we will hold our Preferred Upgrade Process (PUP), which allows 10th Teammates to make any adjustments to their package (# of games, # of seats, seating location). Those who remain on Continuous Enrollment will still receive the lowest pricing for new packages they move into.
Q: What are the benefits of taking no action and remaining opted in to Continuous Enrollment?
A: 10th Teammates who remain opted-in to Continuous Enrollment will receive the lowest possible pricing for the 2026 season. Additionally, they will have the ability to select their customizable Plus Benefits for the 2026 season, receive first-access to 10th Teammate-exclusive events, and receive best 2026 Postseason access.
Q: What are my Plus Benefits for 2025? Can I change them for 2026?
A: Plus Benefits are unique to each 10th Teammate, and you can find your selections in the MLB Ballpark app under the ‘Guardians’ tab. Once there, tap on the tile that reads ‘Season Ticket Member Benefits’ and you can see the Plus Benefits associated with your account.
