Promotional Item Distribution Policy

Quantities are limited. Promotional items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at each respective gate upon opening on the specified game date.
Each fan must be present and show a valid game ticket to receive a promotional item.
Limit of one promotional item per ticket. A ticketholder with multiple tickets must exit and re-enter the Ballpark to receive multiple promotional items.
Promotional item dates, quantities and details are subject to change at the Cleveland Guardians’ sole discretion.
If a promotional item is not available as advertised, the Cleveland Guardians may, at its discretion, implement a make-good policy for eligible ticketholders, which may include an alternative promotional item or voucher.
The unavailability of a promotional item does not entitle a ticketholder to a ticket refund or any other recourse.
Theme Nights are not Ballpark-wide promotions and fans must purchase a Theme Night ticket to receive access to events or promotional items associated with such Theme Nights. Theme Night Tickets can be purchased at cleguardians.com/themenights.
The Cleveland Guardians reserve the right to modify its promotional item policy at any time and for any reason.
