Big A Pass

Question: What is the "Big A Pass"?

Answer: The "Big A Pass" is a monthly subscription membership that gets you access to most Angels regular season home games. 10-15 games per month are available, and tickets can be claimed in the MLB Ballpark app on the day of each game.

Question: Is a seat guaranteed for every game?

Answer: Opening Day, Yankees and Dodgers games are blacked out. For all other games, view level or outfield seats are assigned based on availability, meaning you'll have a different seat for each game you attend.

Question: How do I claim my tickets?

Answer: Tickets can only be claimed in the MLB Ballpark app on gamedays. You will receive an email when the opt-in window opens. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it. The opt-in window starts at 8 AM and closes 2 hours before game time.

Question: How do I find my tickets?

Answer: Once claimed, your tickets will be in your MLB Ballpark app. If you don’t see them right away, go to your Tickets tab and swipe down to refresh.

Question: When will my barcodes be available?

Answer: Barcodes become available on your mobile tickets 2 hours before game time and can then be scanned at the gates.

Question: How do I enter the venue?

Answer: Present your barcoded mobile tickets in the MLB Ballpark app for scanning at the gates.

Question: Can I upgrade my seats?

Answer: Yes, for most games there will be an option to purchase an upgraded seating location from the MLB Ballpark app.

Question: Can I purchase multiple Passes?

Answer: Yes, and in order to be seated together all subscriptions must be assigned to one individual. For example, a family of 4 should have one person purchase 4 passes, then 4 seats together will be delivered to that person’s Ballpark app each game day.

Question: Can I bring different people with me to each game?

Answer: Yes, different people can attend each game, but the primary account holder must be present because the tickets are only accessible through via their MLB Ballpark app.

Question: How can my guest get his/her ticket?

Answer: If you purchase two passes, for example, both tickets will be sent to your Ballpark app. So your guest will need to enter the gate with you.

Question: Can I transfer my seats?

Answer: No, passes and seats are for the member’s personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold.

Question: Can I cancel my subscription?

Answer: Yes, your subscription will auto renew for the following month on the 1^st of that month, but you can cancel your renewal anytime before the 1^st of the month by clicking “cancel subscription” in the MLB Ballpark app. Access will remain until the end of the current calendar month.

Question: Can I print my ticket?

Answer: No. Printed tickets and screenshots will not be accepted at the gates for entry. All you need is the mobile ticket in the MLB Ballpark app on your phone.

Question: What happens if my phone dies when I'm trying to enter the venue?

Answer: Visit the Angels Ticket Office and a representative will assist you.

Question: What if I need an accessible seating accommodation?

Answer: Just claim your tickets as you normally would on the day of the game, then email tickets@angels.com with the specific number of wheelchair spaces plus companions or semi-ambulatory seats that you require and we'll exchange the seats and deliver the new location right to your Ballpark app. Alternatively, you can visit the Advanced Ticket Windows on gameday for exchange.
