Season Seat Holder Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions

1. General.

(a) Please review these Los Angeles Angels Season Seat Holder Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before selecting Automatic Renewal of your season seat license or licenses. By selecting Automatic Renewal, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms, including all documents, policies, and procedures referenced herein and/or available herein via hyperlink. If you do not agree to the entirety of these terms, you may not opt-in to Automatic Renewal of your season license(s). All season seat licenses are subject to the then-current Angels Baseball Ticket Plan Terms and Conditions, which can be found at angels.com/sshterms.

2. Automatic Renewal.

(a) By purchasing a season seat license and selecting Automatic Renewal, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that the season seat license will automatically renew for each successive season until your season seat license is terminated or you cancel the Automatic Renewal pursuant to the cancellation procedures set forth in Section 2 of these Terms. You may cancel your Automatic Renewal at any time, but all fees are prepaid and nonrefundable.

(b) Once you purchase a season seat license and select Automatic Renewal, we will automatically process your season seat license fee on intervals outlined in Section 2(b)(i). Your payments will be divided into five equal installments as shown on your invoice and billed on the intervals in the table below. If you contact us to setup a customized payment plan and select Automatic Renewal, you will automatically be converted to the five-part payment plan when your season seat license automatically renews unless you contact us and set up a new customized payment plan. We will continue to automatically process your season seat license fee each season at the then-current season seat license fee amount, until you cancel your Automatic Renewal or your season seat license is terminated. By purchasing a season seat license, you acknowledge and agree that season seat license fees will be charged to your credit/debit card on a recurring basis, without further authorization from you, and you accept full responsibility for all such recurring charges prior to cancellation. We will provide you advance notice of any material change to your season seat license, including, for example, a change in the amount of your season seat license fee, before the change takes effect.

• (ii) *If any automatic payment date in the table in Section 2(b)(i) falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be charged on the following business day.

(c) The price of your season seat license may change from year to year. We will notify you at least seven days before the new price takes effect to notify you of the change and provide you with Automatic Renewal cancellation instructions.

3. Cancellation.

(a) To cancel your Automatic Renewal, you must take one of the following action: (A) go through the steps on your My Angels Tickets account; (B) send an email to us at tickets@angels.com; or (C) or call us at 714-4-ANGELS (714-426-4357). You can also contact your Angels Baseball ticket representative directly.

(b) A cancellation will become effective at the end of your then-current Los Angeles Angels season. All season seat license fees charged to your credit/debit card prior to cancellation are nonrefundable and in no event will Angels Baseball provide a partial or pro-rated refund. You must cancel your Automatic Renewal or you must cancel your season seat license prior to August 28 to avoid automatic charges for the upcoming season.
