Purchasing Ticket Packages
Where can I purchase a special event ticket package?
Ticket packages can be purchased exclusively at Rockies.com/Themes. Tickets that are not purchased from this page will not include the ticket package item/experience.
How can I confirm that I purchased the correct special event ticket package ticket?
Your order confirmation will state if you purchase the special event ticket package offer. Your game tickets will have a unique event code listed on them to verify that they are indeed part of the special event ticket package.
How do I purchase ADA tickets for this event?
Accessible seating is available for special event tickets package, subject to available inventory. Guests may purchase tickets for accessible seating by selecting the Accessibility icon on the top of the screen, above the interactive seat map. Available accessible seats will appear in blue.
I bought my tickets on StubHub before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I cancel my order?
The Rockies are unable to cancel or refund any orders or tickets purchased through StubHub or any other secondary market source.
I bought my tickets on the Rockies website or at the Rockies Box Office before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I upgrade them?
To upgrade tickets that were purchased directly from the Rockies, please email grouptix@rockies.com.
I am a Season Ticket Holder or Passport Holder and already have tickets to the game. Can I upgrade my tickets or just purchase the item?
Special event ticket packages are not included in your membership. To gain access to special event ticket package items, please email seasontickets@rockies.com or call the VIP hotline at 303-312-2222.
Can I purchase group tickets that include a ticket package?
Yes! To purchase more than 12 tickets, please email grouptix@rockies.com.
Can I purchase a Suite or Party Facility that includes a ticket package?
Yes! To purchase a Suite or Party Facility, please email grouptix@rockies.com. Subject to availability.
When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from Colorado Rockies noreply@ticketmaster.com. You can access your tickets by logging in to the MLB Ballpark app with the same email address used to purchase the tickets.
I received my tickets, but there is no voucher included to pick up my item(s).
Special event ticket package tickets do not include a separate voucher or ticket for the item. You will be required to present your game ticket at a specified redemption area to claim your item. You will receive a separate email the week of the game with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).
Ticket Package Item Information
What size(s) will be offered?
If a ticket package includes an apparel item, sizes offered are most likely Youth Medium and Adult Small – Adult 3X-Large. The available shirt sizes will appear on a drop-down menu during the checkout process when you purchase your tickets.
When do I choose the size of my item?
If a ticket package includes an apparel item, you must select your size during the checkout process. Sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be exchanged after purchase. You will only be able to claim the size that you selected at the time of purchase.
What if my size is not available?
It is not uncommon for us to sell out of certain sizes before the game. If a ticket package includes an apparel item, the available sizes will appear on a drop-down menu during the checkout process.
Can I exchange my item?
Due to limited inventory, the Rockies are not able to accommodate exchanges.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Due to limited inventory, the Rockies are not able to accommodate exchanges. Please ensure that you select your size when purchasing tickets. Items can only be claimed in the size that is listed on your game ticket.
How early do I have to arrive to pick up my item?
Ticket package redemption is available at the designated redemption location approximately 2 hours prior to first pitch and up to 1 hour after first pitch.
Where do I go to pick up my ticket package item?
You will receive a separate email the week of the game with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).
Can I pick up my ticket package item at a later date?
Ticket package items must be picked up inside the ballpark on the day of the game. You must show a valid ticket package ticket to claim your item. You will receive a separate email the week of the game with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).
How old does a child have to be to receive the ticket package item?
Children two and under who are sitting in the lap of an adult do not need a game ticket to enter the ballpark but will not be eligible to receive the item.
I bought two tickets, but my friend can no longer make it to the game. Can I pick up their item?
All guests must be in person at the ballpark to receive their item.
My family is arriving separately and may miss the designated redemption times. Can I pick up all items on their behalf?
If the guest is still attending the game, you cannot pick up someone else’s item that has not already entered the stadium. They will be denied entry into the ballpark if their ticket has been scanned for item redemption prior to their entrance into the ballpark.
