Kimberly Molina is Vice President of Human Resources for the Colorado Rockies. In her role, she oversees all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Since joining the Rockies in 2021, she has become a strategic partner to both the front office and baseball operations, aligning people strategy with organizational goals and advancing leadership programs that strengthen employee growth and engagement.

Prior to joining the Rockies, Molina held HR leadership roles in the fashion and telecommunications industries. In these roles, she led key initiatives in systems implementation, compliance, administration, leadership development, and talent mobility, building a strong foundation for her cross-industry expertise.

In 2023, she was honored with Major League Baseball’s Katy Feeney Leadership Award, which recognizes leaders who exemplify integrity, dedication, and a commitment to empowering others.
