In his first season with the D-backs, went 0-0 with one save, a 12.60 ERA (14 ER in 10.0 IP) and 14 strikeouts over nine games...Spent most of the season with Triple-A Reno, going 2-1 with nine saves, a 4.20 ERA (23 ER in 49.1 IP) and 67 strikeouts in 47 games...Received his first call-up to the Majors on June 27 but did not make his debut before being optioned two days later...Made his Major League debut on July 7 vs. Pirates in his second stint with Arizona (two ER in 1.0 IP) and recorded two strikeouts...Recorded his first save on Aug. 17 @ Padres, striking out three over 1.1 innings...At age 22, became the second-youngest D-backs reliever to collect his first Major League save within his first five games (Byung-Hyun Kim, 20-130). Combined to go 3-2 with a 3.00 ERA (12 ER in 36.0 IP) in 18 games between High-A Hillsboro, Double-A Amarillo and Triple-A Reno....Began the season on the injured list (recovery from Tommy John surgery) …reinstated on July 22 and assigned to Hillsboro, going 1-2 with a 2.67 ERA (8 ER in 27.0 IP) in 13 games....Was promoted to Amarillo on Sept. 13 and after two appearances, was moved up to Reno on Sept. 20, where he made three appearances....Pitched for Salt River in the 2022 Fall League and was selected to the "Fall Stars Game" with Dbacks' infielder Jordan Lawlar after posting a 2.35 ERA (2 ER in 7.2 IP) and 13 strikeouts.

2021

Limited to seven starts with Low-A Visalia before undergoing season-ending Tommy John surgery on July 6…went 1-3 with a 6.65 ERA (17 ER in 23.0 IP) and 24 strikeouts.

Combined to go 1-3 with a 2.89 ERA (18 ER in 56.0 IP) in 18 games with DSL D-backs 2 and the ACL D-backs.
