Know Before You Go

If you access your tickets and enjoy all the features of the MLB Ballpark app, we encourage you to review your account and ensure all tickets appear as expected within the app before you arrive at Chase Field.

To avoid any delay entering the ballpark, fans should proactively reset their password before arriving at the game. For the best experience, use the latest version of the Ballpark app when accessing your tickets and ensure you log out of all MLB applications and log back in with your updated password. Remember that screenshots of your tickets will not be accepted.

Mobile & Contactless Entry

Before you arrive to Chase Field, download the MLB Ballpark app. If you already have the app, make sure to UPDATE to the most recent version of the MLB Ballpark app. Also, check that your phone is fully charged and that you have your ticket ready on your mobile device. Upgrade your Ticket(s)

For single game tickets, conveniently upgrade your original seats at a reduced rate. Upgrade options are available on the D-backs Club Page of the MLB Ballpark app (3) hours prior to first pitch; your upgraded locations will be viewable in the MLB Ballpark app on the D-backs Club Page using your Ticketmaster account (upgrade locations not valid for entry).

Managing Your Tickets with SafeTix

Please note that your game tickets will have a rotating barcode. Screenshots are not allowed and will fail to scan. Fans are encouraged to add their tickets to their Apple or Google Wallet prior to arriving at Chase Field. Fans doing this need to have their NFC turned on for their phone and should make sure that is set before getting in line.

Limited Collectible Ticket

Gate Entry

Please make sure to have your phone ready to further minimize traffic at the improved entry gains.
We have a very strict clear bag policy at Chase Field. Please review our policy here.

Gate Opening Times (2025)

Gates will open 90 minutes before first pitch for Sunday-Thursday games.
Gates will open 2 hours before first pitch for Friday and Saturday games.
Gates will open for Advantage Members “Early Entry” 30 minutes prior to the main gates on Fridays at Gates B & J, on Saturdays at Gates B & J, and the History and Championship Museum Entrance for 20+ year members.

Cashless Parking

To reserve parking before you go, visit dbacks.com/parking. Please note, some parking garages and/or lots around Chase Field only accept credit cards while others only accept cash. Please plan for either option when traveling to downtown Phoenix.

Clear Bag Policy

To ensure fan safety and expedite ballpark entry, a clear bag policy is in effect for Chase Field, but there is no need to have it leave your side when you walk through gates. Each fan may carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a clear plastic gallon freezer bag. Small clutch purses are also permitted that are no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". We have invested in a new concept called OpenGate: a safe, fast, automatic & unprecedented screening system that does away with unloading bags and purses. Fans will pass effortlessly through the gates to their seats in record speed like never before. There is no longer a need for you to remove your personal items like phones, keys or wallets from your pockets.
