Kelly has been working security in professional sports for almost 30 years, starting with the Chicago Bulls from 1995-1999. During that time, Kelly provided personal protection for Dennis Rodman, and assisted with team security duties. When Rodman went on to play for the Los Angeles Lakers, he provided the same personal protection and security assistance. He also acted as an independent security contractor for the Oklahoma City Thunder from 2017-2020. Kelly joined the Phillies in February 2020 as the team’s security supervisor.

Kelly, a Chicago area native, served for 29 years with the Chicago Police Department, and officially retired in 2017. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, with a major in criminal justice, and played for the school’s basketball team.

Derek Schuster joined the Phillies in 2003 as Manager of Premium Sales to launch a Premium Sales Department as the club prepared for the move from Veterans Stadium to Citizens Bank Park. Derek was promoted to Director of Sales in 2007 and was elevated to Senior Director of Sales in August. In his current role, Derek is responsible for overseeing ticket sales, client retention, customer communication and service.

Derek started his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates where he was an integral part of the front office that opened PNC Park in 2001. From Pittsburgh, Derek was recruited by Comcast Spectator to lead the Philadelphia Phantoms Sales and Ticket Operations team.

In addition to his responsibilities with the Phillies, Derek served as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University from 2017-2019, teaching an upper level Sports Marketing & Event Planning course.

Derek was born in Pottsville, PA. He received a BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. He currently lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife, Karen, kids and dog, "Norman".

Kevin Tedesco is the General Manager at Citizens Bank Park for Aramark, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, and Board Chair of TEAM Coalition, the nation’s leading organization promoting responsible alcohol consumption and fan behavior. With 26 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, Kevin oversees concessions, premium services, and retail operations at Citizens Bank Park.

Previously, Kevin was General Manager at Lincoln Financial Field, where he led sustainability initiatives that helped make it one of the greenest stadiums in sports. He also gained invaluable experience at the Meadowlands Sports Complex, the busiest sports complex in the world at the time, managing operations across an NFL stadium, an NHL/NBA arena, and a racetrack, further honing his expertise in multi-venue management.

Under his leadership, Citizens Bank Park has consistently ranked among the best for food and beverage, earning national recognition, including a Food Network Award for "Best Ballpark Eats." In 2024, he was nominated for Executive of the Year at the Stadium Business Summit in Manchester, UK, while Citizens Bank Park earned a Venue of the Year nomination. Kevin has overseen operations for some of the most high-profile events in sports and entertainment, including multiple World Series, NFC Championships, Stanley Cup Finals, Army/Navy Games, and concerts featuring legendary artists like U2, The Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. His experience managing large-scale events offers invaluable insights into event logistics, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

As Board Chair of TEAM Coalition, Kevin champions national initiatives that promote responsible alcohol consumption and enhance fan safety, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable game-day experience.

A Philadelphia native, Kevin graduated from Rider University and lives in Medford, NJ, with his wife Cheryl and their children Andrew, Laura, and Jason.

Kristin Zeller is currently the Director of Retail Marketing, a position she has held since 2019. Under her tenure, Zeller oversees the daily retail business at Citizens Bank Park including merchandising and special projects. Some of her notable retail related projects have included the 2019 retirements of Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, and Jimmy Rollins, 2026 All-Star Game commemoration, the 2021 retirement of Roy Halladay, and the 2024 retirement of Cole Hamels. Zeller was also part of a group that designed and launched the 2024 City Connect Jersey program.

Zeller joined the Phillies as a ticket sales intern in 2002 before becoming a full-time employee in the Special Events Department in 2003 until 2019. As a Special Events Manager, Kristin oversaw such events as the 2018 and 2019 Carson Wentz AO1 Foundation Celebrity Softball Game and helped run events in conjunction with numerous MLB Playoff Games, the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

Kristin was born in Myerstown, Pennsylvania. She received her BA in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Bloomsburg University in 2003, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the 2003 Public Relations Student of the Year. She currently lives in Havertown, Pennsylvania.

As Phillies Ambassador, Scott is involved in various aspects with the club, including fan engagement and Phillies Charities, Inc. He also can be found at the podium, hosting news conferences and other special events for the organization.

In 2016, Scott was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame, which honors the lifetime sports contributions of Pennsylvanians. Scott is also a proud member of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia.

Prior to joining the Phillies in 2005, Scott was an anchor and sportscaster at WPVI-6ABC in Philadelphia for over 24 years

The 2025 season marks Dickie Noles' 34th with the organization after rejoining the Phillies in 1992. Prior to becoming a club ambassador, he spent 28 years as an employee assistance professional and, before that, four years in the community relations department.

Dickie pitched for parts of 11 major league seasons with the Phillies (1979-81; 1990), Chicago Cubs (1982-84; 1987), Texas Rangers (1984-85), Cleveland (1986), Detroit Tigers (1987) and Baltimore Orioles (1988) and finished his career at 36-53 with 11 saves and a 4.56 ERA in 277 games (96 starts). Selected by the Phillies in the fourth round of the June 1975 draft, Dickie was a member of the 1980 World Series champions, pitching in relief.

In 1989, Dickie won the Texas Rangers Community Service Award and in 1992 he was honored as the International Christian Athlete of the Year. Other awards he has won include the Humanitarian of the Year by the Sunshine Foundation in 1997 and the Humanitarian Award from the Philadelphia Sports Writers Association in 2010. In 2019, he won the Richie Ashburn & David Montgomery Special Achievement Award, given annually to a Phillies employee who has demonstrated loyalty, dedication and passion for the game. Dickie was inducted into the All Sports Museum of Southern New Jersey in October 2021.

Dickie was born in Charlotte, N.C., and currently resides in Aston, Pa. He has one daughter, Brittany, twin sons, Christopher and Nicholas, and five grandchildren.

An outfielder for the 1993 National League champs and hitting coach for the 2008 World Series champions, Milt Thompson returned to the Phillies organization as a community club ambassador in March 2022. In this role, he serves as a club resource for community outreach with an emphasis on youth baseball and softball development, working with the Phillies RBI program and the Phillies Urban Youth Academy.

Milt previously served the Phillies as major league hitting coach (2005-10) following one season as first base coach (2004). From 2005-09, Milt guided Phillies hitters to the National League lead in home runs, RBI, runs, extra-base hits and total bases. He also served as a coach on the NL All-Star team in 2009.

Originally drafted by the Atlanta Braves out of Howard University in 1979, Milt played 18 years of professional baseball, including 13 seasons in the majors with the Braves (1984-85), Phillies (1986, 1993-94), St. Louis Cardinals (1989-92), Houston Astros (1994-95), Los Angeles Dodgers (1996) and Colorado Rockies (1996). He hit .313 with six RBI in 1993 World Series and set a Phillies record with five RBI in Game 4 at Veterans Stadium.

Milt began his coaching career in 1997 as minor league outfield/baserunning coordinator for Tampa Bay before joining the Phillies minor league system as a coach at Reading (1998-99) and outfield/baserunning coordinator (2001-03).

Born in Washington, D.C., Milt lives in Sewell, N.J. with his wife Carole. He has four daughters: Torri, Jennifer, Courtney and Alyssa.
