The opening rosters for the 2025 Athletes Unlimited Softball League All-Star Cup have been selected.
The AUSL All-Star Cup is a four-series season from Aug. 2 to 31 in which 60 professional softball players compete to become the individual champion utilizing Athletes Unlimited’s innovative format. Teams are hand-picked by the top athletes on the leaderboard each series. The 2025 All-Star Cup features games in Rosemont, Ill., and Raleigh and Greenville, N.C.
Returning 2024 Champion Amanda Lorenz leads the Gold team, while Lexi Kilfoyl (Orange), Aleshia Ocasio (Blue), and Georgina Corrick (Purple) also captain teams in Series 1.
While teams are redrafted each series, Team Kilfoyl might look familiar to fans of the Bandits from the AUSL Regular Season. Kilfoyl selected 10 players who competed with the Bandits in the inaugural season.
Other captains had a similar idea. Ocasio selected seven Blaze players, while Corrick drafted six Talons, including Montana Fouts with the No. 1 pick.
