FLUSHING, N.Y., August 7, 2025 – The New York Mets will host The Beatles Night at Citi Field on Friday, August 15 when they take on the Seattle Mariners at 7:10 p.m., commemorating the 60th anniversary of The Beatles performance at Shea Stadium on August 15, 1965. The first 15,000 fans in attendance will receive an exclusive Shea Stadium replica.
Throughout the night, programming within the ballpark will focus on The Beatles, creating a full-themed evening at Citi Field. Prior to first pitch, there will be a special performance by tribute band, 1964 The Tribute, in front of the Shea Bridge beginning at 6:15 p.m.
Additionally, as part of the commemoration, members of the gameday staff who worked at The Beatles concert at Shea in 1965 will throw out the first pitch.
Following the conclusion of the game, fans are invited to stay for a spectacular The Beatles themed fireworks show that will light up the sky.
