Return Policy:
We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase with the original receipt. If a purchase is made from 11/29/24 – 12/21/24, we will accept returns until April 16, 2025. All returns/exchanges must have original receipt or credit card used for the initial transaction. Returns are not accepted on sale items, custom products, game-used memorabilia or special events merchandise. All items must be in original condition/packaging, unwashed, not worn, with tags still on, and purchased from either the Mets Team Store at Citi Field or Mets House NYC at 1 Union Square West. If an item has to be shipped back for the return, the customer covers the shipping fees. Please ship all returns to Citi Field, ATTN: Team Store.
