The final week before Minor Leaguers join their Major League counterparts in an All-Star Break reset has already been full of excitement. Owen Caissie's multihomer binge continued while Emmanuel Rodriguez returned to Triple-A with thunder after missing more than a month of action. Not to be outdone were Mets prospects Jett Williams and Ryan Clifford, who combined for five extra-base hits and nine RBIs in a Double-A rout.
Samuel Basallo, C/1B, Norfolk (BAL No. 1/MLB No. 11)
Basallo broke out of a 1-for-12 spell to July with his 17th homer and equaled a season high with four RBIs for Triple-A Norfolk. The lefty-swinging backstop fell a triple shy of the cycle and reached base five times, after also earning a walk and being hit by a pitch. Basallo sports a .956 OPS and his 17 homers are the second-most among all Minor League catchers. Gameday
Owen Caissie, OF, Iowa (CHC No. 1/MLB No. 43)
Already in the midst of a strong season, Caissie has taken things to another level since the calendar flipped to July. The 23-year-old slugged a pair of solo jacks, his third multihomer performance in five games for Triple-A Iowa. Caissie, who ended June with a home run, has gone deep seven times in his past seven contests. The 2020 second-rounder is slashing .353/.459/.765 with 20 extra-base hits, 11 homers and 21 RBIs in 28 games since June 1. Gameday

Emmanuel Rodriguez, OF, St. Paul (MIN No. 2/MLB No. 46)
Rodriguez returned to the lineup for Triple-A St. Paul for the first time since May 30 and came out swinging. The 22-year-old racked up three hits, including a three-run homer, reached base four times and scored four runs while also making a running catch in center field. A nagging thumb injury limited Rodriguez to 47 games in 2024, but the Dominican Republic native was a lineup fixture for the Saints until a hip strain forced him to the IL in June. Gameday
Jett Williams, SS/OF, Binghamton (NYM No. 1/MLB No. 45)
Williams snapped out of a 2-for-17 stretch to begin July by equaling a club record with three doubles, reaching base four times and driving in two runs for Double-A Binghamton. The Texas native tallied his first three-hit effort since June 17 and has two multihit performances in his past three contests after going 11 consecutive games without one. Williams is slashing .285/.397/.481 with 34 extra-base hits and 24 stolen bases in 73 games. Gameday
Carter Jensen, C, Omaha (KC No. 3/MLB No. 73)
Jensen's power surge since his promotion to Triple-A continued with his sixth long ball for Omaha and fifth in six games this month. The 23-year-old reached safely in all five plate appearances, adding a single and three walks while driving in three runs. Jensen has nine extra-base hits and 12 RBIs in his first 11 games with the Storm Chasers and is slashing .285/.357/.462 with 12 roundtrippers and 49 RBIs in 79 games overall. Gameday
Mason Barnett, RHP, Las Vegas (ATH No. 4)
Coming out of the bullpen for the first time this season and for just the fifth time in 71 pro appearances didn't faze Barnett. The 24-year-old racked up eight strikeouts while allowing one run over five innings on 95 pitches (57 for strikes). It was the sixth time in 18 outings Barnett had allowed one run. Gameday
Dakota Jordan, OF, San Jose (SF No. 5)
Jordan has a been consistent offensive force in the middle of Single-A San Jose's lineup since Opening Day but is beginning to find his power stroke. The Mississippi State product hit his second grand slam in eight games -- his eighth roundtripper of the season and sixth since June 1 -- which lifted his RBI total to 66, tops in the California League. Jordan, who is coming off successive months batting .300, is hitting .302 with an .836 OPS in his first full-season campaign. Gameday
Ryan Clifford, 1B/OF, Binghamton (NYM No. 6)
Clifford made some noise with a pair of homers -- a three-run jack in the opening frame and a grand slam in the eighth -- to account for a career-high seven RBIs and the Double-A Eastern League lead in homers. The 21-year-old has gone deep nine times since the start of June, including four in his past five games for Binghamton. Clifford has a career-best .859 OPS and stands two homers shy of equaling his total from last season. Gameday
