All Advantage Members are enrolled in auto-renewal, meaning your Membership will auto-renew for the following season on August 31, unless you make changes during our renewal period. Information on your 2026 pricing and benefits will be sent to you in July, prior to the start of our renewal period. On August 31, your first payment will be charged to your credit card on file, allowing your Member Benefits to continue uninterrupted.
Any updates to your payment plan, cancellation of your Membership, or other adjustments to your account can be made during our 30-day renewal period in August. If no changes need to be made, sit back and relax! No further action is required to renew your Membership for the following season.

If you are satisfied with your current Membership, no further action is required, and your first payment will be processed on Sunday, August 31 to automatically renew your Advantage Membership for 2026.
We offer three options to make paying for your Advantage Membership as easy as possible.
To change your payment plan, please contact your D-backs Membership Representative prior to 12:00pm (noon) on Friday, August 29. Otherwise, you will default to the same payment plan you had for 2025.
One of the main benefits of your Advantage Membership is exclusive access to a wide variety of events and experiences year-round. All Advantage Members have access to attend our four core events and in addition to the opportunity to sign up for several of the other events that we host.

Our Most Valuable Party is a celebration of baseball that includes player autographs, photo opportunities, Q&A sessions, clubhouse tours, and much more! This free event taking place in the spring is exclusive to Advantage Members and provides unparalleled access to players and coaches.
Bring the family out for an afternoon of Halloween festivities at Trick-or-Suite held in October at Chase Field. This spooky, fun-filled event features trick-or-treating at the doors of our suites, face painters, balloon artists, photo opportunities, raffle prizes, Team Shop specials and other activities the whole family can enjoy.
When your card is successfully charged on August 31, 2025 to renew your 2026 Advantage Membership, you will be eligible to participate in "Swing for Your Seats". Hit a home run at Chase Field and your 2026 Membership is free up to $10,000! This event is only available to current Advantage Members. Other restrictions apply.
If you were an Advantage Member for the 2025 season, head to Chase Field in November to pick up your complimentary ThanksGIFTing bag that contains D-backs giveaway items from the 2025 season. Each account is eligible to pick up one bag.
D-backs Advantage Points allow you to choose the Advantage Member benefits that mean the most to you through the Advantage Member Marketplace section of the MLB Ballpark app.
Whether it’s passes to watch batting practice from the field, autographed bats and baseballs, or even the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch, you can use your qualifying points to make the call and truly customize your Membership experience. Your points never expire, and all unused points will rollover to the following season in continuation with your Membership.

When you renew your Membership for 2026, you will receive Advantage Points based on your plan and number of seats.
Each offseason, you will have the opportunity to upgrade, change, or add seats to your account by utilizing our online seat relocation tool. This process allows you to view all available seat location options from the comfort of your own home. More information will be communicated soon.
As an Advantage Member, we understand how important it is for you to not only have options when it comes to your game tickets, but also with parking. If you currently have a Full/Half/Weekend/Series parking plan, that plan is built into your renewal for 2026 and should reflect on your invoice.
