
Below is a list of every player drafted through the first 43 picks (up to the second round) of the 2025 MLB Draft.
Each club has until 5 p.m. ET on Monday, July 28, to come to terms with its Draft selections. If a player has exhausted his collegiate eligibility, he can sign at any time up until one week prior to the next year’s Draft.

The Angels agreed to a below-slot deal with Bremner, a Dick Howser Trophy semifinalist who struck out 111 batters in 77 1/3 innings for UC Santa Barbara. The right-hander has a fastball up to 98 mph with ride and pairs it with a potentially plus plus changeup and a gyro slider.

Anderson lands the seventh-largest bonus in MLB Draft history, while Seattle also gets to save around $700,000 on a below-slot deal. The southpaw is coming off winning Men's College World Series MVP honors after spinning a shutout in Game 1 en route to LSU claiming its eighth national title. The Rockies signed Holliday for $9 million, a source told MLB Pipeline's Jim Callis, setting a Draft bonus record for a high school player -- surpassing the mark held by this year's No. 1 pick Eli Willits and Holliday's older brother, Jackson, with the Orioles before that. St. Louis signed Doyle, the reigning NCAA D-I strikeout leader, to a below-slot deal. Doyle's fastball sits at 96 mph and touches 100 mph, and is considered the best heater in the class.

Considered by some to be the best high school right-handed pitching prospect ever, Hernandez signed for $7.25 million, a record for a high school pitcher. He brandishes a fastball that can ramp up to the triple digits, along with a devastating changeup. Miami agreed to terms with one of the most talented overall players in the Draft at full slot value. Arquette was the consensus top college position player in the Draft, despite injury concerns, and projects to be a solid hitter at the next level with 25 homer capability. The Blue Jays agreed to terms on an under-slot bonus with Parker, a prep shortstop with above-average potential with his hit and power tools from the left side. The 6-foot-2 infielder has a chance to stick at shortstop and should have more than enough thump if he eventually has to shift to second or third.

The Reds signed the Alabama prep shortstop to a below-slot deal. Hall has at least plus-plus speed and earns top-of-the-scale 80 grades from some evaluators. He's a lock to stay at shortstop with good actions, range to both sides and the ability to make throws from a variety of angles.

15. Red Sox: Kyson Witherspoon, RHP, Oklahoma

The Red Sox signed Witherspoon, the top-ranked college right-hander in the Draft, for a slightly below-slot deal. The former Oklahoma Sooner has five offerings, including a fastball that peaks at 99 mph, and he was a Golden Spikes Award Semifinalist after posting a 2.65 ERA and 124 K's over 95 innings.

The best defensive shortstop in the college class, Houston also showed increased power this spring. The first of two consecutive Wake Forest products to be selected in the mid-first round, Houston signed for slightly below slot value.

The D-backs signed Cunningham for full slot value on July 20, according to MLB.com's Jim Callis. The Texas prep shortstop and Texas recruit was the best high school hitter in the Draft class for many evaluators, and he also features speed and constant energy.

Baltimore signed Irish, one of the best all-around hitters in the college class, to full slot minus a $2,500 contingency bonus. Some teams use the bonus to save money against their signing pools. Irish mashed 13 home runs over 28 SEC games with Auburn and will likely wind up in right field at the next level.
