Step 1

While in your account at twins.com/mytwinsaccount click on "MyTwins Tickets"

Step 2

Select "Exchange" on the left side

Step 3

Select the game you want to exchange

Step 4

Select the seats that you want to exchange and click "Continue"

Step 5

See the value of your tickets for the game you are exchanging out of and select "Find Eligible Events"

Step 6

Select the event you want to exchange into

Step 7

Select the section you want to exchange into.

Step 8

Select the seats that you want to sit in and hit "Buy # Seats"

Step 9

Confirm your price difference between the game you are exchanging out and the game you are exchanging into, agree to the terms and then click "Place Order."
