If you pay in full or in advance of a series, refunds for all unplayed Postseason games will be distributed within 30 days after the Mariners conclude their Postseason play. Please contact tickethelp@mariners.com with additional questions.

What happens to the money I paid towards games that are not played?

In the event that the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the date on which the Game was scheduled to occur, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for payment of the ticket. No credits will be issued and the ticket will have no cash value. Contact tickethelp@mariners.com for additional questions.

Please note that each purchase of one (1) 2025 Postseason suite includes a commitment to purchase up to two (2) single-game suites for a mutually agreed upon game(s) during the 2026 regular season as described on the Postseason Suite page. The deposit for the 2026 regular season single-game suite(s) and all related fees are not refundable.

What happens to the money I paid towards games that are not played if I purchased through a 3rd party?

Postseason tickets for games not played that were purchased through the Seattle Mariners will be automatically refunded to the ticket purchaser of record by the original method of payment. If you acquire tickets through any other party, you must contact that party for your refund.
