Pay in Full Payment Plan Terms

General Terms and Conditions for the Pay-In-Full Auto-Renewal Payment Plan (“PIF Payment Plan”)

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the PIF Payment Plan for the purchase of a Reserved, Flex or Choice Membership (each, a “MyTwins Membership”). The MyTwins Membership purchased under this PIF Payment Plan includes a variety of membership benefits for the upcoming Major League Baseball (“MLB”) regular season, as determined by the MyTwins Membership you selected and fully described in the MyTwins Membership Program Terms located at https://www.mlb.com/twins/tickets/season-tickets/holders/mytwins-membership-terms. In these Terms and Conditions, “you,” and “your,” mean the person purchasing the MyTwins Membership and “we,” “us,” and “Minnesota Twins” means Minnesota Twins, LLC (d/b/a Minnesota Twins Baseball Club). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FEATURE. PLAN PAYMENTS FOR YOUR MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP WILL CONTINUE UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU OPT-OUT OF THE PIF PAYMENT PLAN.

Auto-Renewal Terms of the PIF Payment Plan

One payment will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card each membership year for the full amount of your MyTwins Membership.

EACH SUBSEQUENT JULY, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE RENEWAL RATE FOR YOUR MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP, WHICH MAY BE AT A HIGHER RATE THAN YOUR MOST RECENT MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ANNUALLY IN AUGUST FOR THE NEXT MLB REGULAR SEASON UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. TO CANCEL FOR THE NEXT MLB REGULAR SEASON, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE OPT-OUT FORM LOCATED AT HTTPS://WWW.TWINS.COM/AUTORENEWOPTOUTFORM (“OPT-OUT FORM”) ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 28 OF THE YEAR PRECEDING THAT SEASON (FOR EXAMPLE, TO CANCEL FOR THE 2027 MLB REGULAR SEASON, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE OPT-OUT FORM ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 28, 2026). FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE OPT-OUT FORM BY THE SEPTEMBER 28 DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN RENEWAL OF YOUR MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP FOR THE NEXT MLB REGULAR SEASON.

The Minnesota Twins strictly prohibit (i) the purchase of a MyTwins Membership for the primary purpose of reselling tickets available under that membership, and (ii) any purchaser of a MyTwins Membership from entering false information, using stolen identities, or impersonating others when making ticket purchases. THE MINNESOTA TWINS RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND PRO-RATA REFUND (WHEN APPLICABLE) ANY MYTWINS MEMBERSHIP, OR ANY TICKET REDEMPTION THROUGH THAT MEMBERSHIP, IF THE MINNESOTA TWINS DETERMINES (IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION), THAT THE MEMBERSHIP IS IN VIOLATION OF THESE PROHIBITIONS.

Payment Authorization ("Payment Authorization")

You authorize us (which includes, for the purposes of this Payment Authorization, our agents, service providers, and successors or assigns) to initiate charges or payment entries to the debit card or credit card (your “Account”) that you provide in conjunction with agreeing to the PIF Payment Plan for the total amount due on each payment due date. With your choice of the automatically renewing PIF Payment Plan, you further authorize us to initiate charges or payment entries to your Account for the total amount due on each payment due date specified on any MyTwins Membership invoice you receive in connection with such renewal. You agree that (i) this Payment Authorization will apply to any substitute debit card or credit card that you provide us; (ii) we may reinitiate any charge to your Account that is unsuccessful; and (iii) we may initiate a credit or debit to your Account to correct any error in processing a charge. We will provide you with written notice if a payment entry varies from the amount specified on the applicable MyTwins Membership invoice. Each charge to a debit or credit card will be processed in U.S. dollars, and if a charge is converted into another currency, this amount may vary based on fluctuations in the applicable conversion rate. You understand that your bank may charge you a fee if a payment is returned for insufficient funds, and that we will have no liability for any such fee.

50/50 Payment Plan Terms

General Terms and Conditions for the 50/50 Auto-Renewal Payment Plan (“50/50 Payment Plan”)

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the 50/50 Payment Plan for the purchase of a Reserved, Flex or Choice Membership (each, a “MyTwins Membership”). The MyTwins Membership purchased under this 50/50 Payment Plan includes a variety of membership benefits for the upcoming Major League Baseball (“MLB”) regular season, as determined by the MyTwins Membership you selected and fully described in the MyTwins Membership Program Terms located at https://www.mlb.com/twins/tickets/season-tickets/holders/mytwins-membership-terms. In these Terms and Conditions, “you,” and “your,” mean the person purchasing the MyTwins Membership and “we,” “us,” and “Minnesota Twins” means Minnesota Twins, LLC (d/b/a Minnesota Twins Baseball Club). Two equal payments at 0% APR will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card each membership year until your MyTwins Membership has been fully paid. The total cost of your MyTwins Membership and the amount of each payment is specified in the confirmation email provided to you upon completing the purchase of your MyTwins Membership and/or during the online checkout process. The first payment will be charged when you complete the online checkout process.
