Queens of the Diamond
This Day is for the Queens!
Queens of the Diamond, is an event hosted at the Kanas City Urban Youth Academy (KCUYA), where teams compete in a three-game softball tournament. You have the opportunity to be coached by Royals alumni to help bring the trophy back to your office! You won’t want to miss this unique women’s event filled with networking, food and drinks, amazing prizes, and the opportunity to learn more about the KCUYA’s mission. All proceeds from the event will benefit girls’ softball and academic enrichment.
About KCUYA
The Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, empowers Kansas City’s urban youth through baseball and softball, as well as academic and social opportunities to become the leaders of tomorrow.
The Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive environment and surrounds youth participants with coaches, mentors and role models to help them succeed on and off the field – while growing the games of baseball and softball in the urban community.
