Twins move start times of Friday, April 25 game vs. Angels to 6:40 p.m. CT and Sunday, April 27 game to 12:40 p.m. CT

Games moved up 30 minutes to accommodate busy Minnesota vs. LA weekend in downtown Minneapolis, as Twins welcome Angels to Target Field and Timberwolves host Lakers in Games 3 and 4 of their first-round NBA Playoff series at Target Center

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have shifted the start times of their Friday, April 25 and Sunday, April 27 home games against the Los Angeles Angels at Target Field to a 6:40 p.m. and a 12:40 p.m. CT first pitch, respectively, rather than 7:10 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. CT as previously scheduled. The Target Field gates will now open at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Moving first pitch time up by 30 minutes for both games was done to help accommodate ingress and egress to downtown Minneapolis throughout what is expected to be a busy weekend in downtown Minneapolis, with the Minnesota Timberwolves set to host the Los Angeles Lakers in Games 3 and 4 of their first-round NBA Playoff series; tip-off at Target Center is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT on Friday and 2:30 p.m. CT on Sunday.
