The Tampa Bay Rays return to Steinbrenner Field on Tuesday for a three-game homestand against the Kansas City Royals (April 29–May 1). The Rays 2025 season is presented by Orlando Health.
Tuesday, April 29 vs. Kansas City Royals

- Ceremonial First Pitch: Thrown by Tuesday’s Champion, Quinn
- Tuesday’s Champion: Before every Tuesday home game, the Rays recognize a child from Make-A-Wish Southern Florida or the Children’s Dream Fund as part of the Tuesday’s Champion program presented by RIPA. The Rays will host 11-year-old Quinn from the Children’s Dream Fund. As part of Quinn’s special day as Tuesday’s Champion, he will meet Rays players and throw out a ceremonial first pitch. Quinn was diagnosed with heterotaxy congenital heart disease. He loves wrestling and gaming. Quinn’s family takes road trips throughout the United States and have visited nearly all 50 states. His favorite Rays player is Yandy Díaz.

With the Early Bird Special, fans receive twice the number of tickets for donations made before first pitch. For example, prior to first pitch, fans can get 40 tickets for $20, 400 tickets for $50, 998 tickets for $100 and 2,000 for $150. New this year, fans who enter during the Early Bird Special on the first game of a homestand are entered for a chance to win the jackpot and an autographed item from a Rays player. - Budweiser Hit the Buds: When a Rays player hits a home run in the designated spot in right field, fans can enter for a chance to win an exclusive VIP game day experience.
- Budweiser Responsibility Has Its Rewards Program: Fans can pledge to be a designated driver in the MLB Ballpark App by abstaining from alcohol and showing their confirmation email to a representative at Guest Services. Each fan who pledges will receive a soft drink or water and the chance to win Rays-branded items.
- Colony Grill Hot Oil Homers: If the Rays hit a home run during a home game, fans can buy any pizza and get one free pizza with a “hot oil” topping at participating Colony Grill locations. Fans can redeem the offer within seven days by showing their game ticket on the Ballpark app in-store.

- Family Fundays: Family Fundays, presented by RIPA, will return this season on Sunday afternoons. Pregame entertainment will feature face painters, balloon twisters and a variety of additional interactive activities. - Fireworks: Presented by Orlando Health, fireworks displays will take place during the national anthem, after every home run and in celebration of each victory for games scheduled to start at 4:10 p.m. or later.

- Mascot Race: Returning for the 2025 season, fans can predict the winner of the game’s Mascot Race via the Ballpark app. On the day of the game, fans can select the "Mascot Race" tile on the Rays team page to guess the race winner for a chance to win prizes.

- Rain Delay: The Rays will distribute complimentary rain gear to fans for the team's first rain delay. The first time a home game at Steinbrenner Field is officially delayed due to weather, rain ponchos, presented by Budweiser, will be distributed to fans on the concourses. In the event of a delay, distribution locations will be posted on the video board.
- Rays Rush Tickets: Prior to each home series, a limited number of $20 standing room tickets are released on a first-come, first-served basis. - Sensory Bags: The Rays provide sensory bags at Guest Services, located on the main concourse of Steinbrenner Field, to offer sensory support to fans in need. This initiative is part of the team’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all fans, including individuals with autism, sensory processing disorders or other conditions that may make the noise, lights or crowds at a baseball game overwhelming. The sensory bags are equipped with items specifically chosen to help reduce sensory overload and enhance the comfort of these fans during their visit.
- Stolen Bases presented by Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital: For each base stolen by Rays players this season, the organization will donate $250 to the Orlando Health Foundation – West Region. During the four years of this initiative so far, the Rays have donated more than $100,000 to the Orlando Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization that raises crucial funds to sustain and enhance patient care services in our community.
- TD SYNNEX: With the first Rays double play of each home game, TD SYNNEX will donate $250 to Girls Inc., a local nonprofit organization that supports and encourages girls to be "Strong, Smart and Bold" through direct service and advocacy. TD SYNNEX is committed to supporting initiatives around the world that enhance the communities where it has a presence and focus on its pillars of children, wellness and the digital divide.
