DODGERS TO HOST COLORADO ROCKIES IN PENULTIMATE REGULAR SEASON HOMESTAND
LOS ANGELES – Starting Monday, the Dodgers will welcome the Colorado Rockies for their second to last homestand of the season (September 8-10) for a three-game set of 7:10 p.m. start times. Tickets remain available for all games at Dodgers.com/Tickets.
The Dodgers will open their series against the Rockies with LA Kings Night. Fans who purchase a special ticket pack will receive a LA Kings jersey with the Dodgers logo adorning the front. Tuesday’s game will be Guatemalan Heritage Night, and fans who buy the ticket pack will get a unique jersey celebrating Guatemala. The jersey features a quetzal, the national bird of Guatemala, a pyramid and the Guatemalan coat of arms which includes symbols representing liberty and sovereignty. There will also be special concessions for the night, including Tamal De Puerco (Think Blue Grill: Field Section 51 Grill, Cantina Express: Field Section 52 Grill), Carne Guisada Fries (Hornitos Cantina: Field Section 52, LA Taqueria: Reserve Section 17), Platano Frito (Elysian Park Grill Field Section 23) and Mixtas (Fan Fare: Field Section 10, Fan Fare: Reserve Section 4). The homestand will close on Wednesday with the final Shohei Ohtani bobblehead of the season, his first one pitching as a Dodger, presented by Yakult, that all fans in attendance will take home.
The team will then enjoy an off day on Thursday the 11th before a quick weekend road trip to San Francisco from September 12-14. The Dodgers will return to Los Angeles for their final homestand of the regular season against the Philadelphia Phillies (September 15-17) and San Francisco Giants (September 18-21).
The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) will continue its stadium fundraising opportunities to help fans give back while celebrating their team. Fans can support LADF by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket from sellers in pink aprons, shopping exclusive merchandise and memorabilia at the LADF Homebase Store, bidding on autographed items at Dodgers.com/Auctions, or purchasing personalized ribbon board messages at Dodgers.com/RibbonBoards. In Centerfield Plaza, fans can create their own custom collectible Dodgers baseball trading card - available only at Dodger Stadium.
