
The Diamondbacks return to Chase Field next week and are celebrating the new City Connect Serpientes uniforms with a must-have Perdomo Bobble presented by Chas Roberts for the first 20,000 fans on Saturday, May 31. On Sunday, June 1, the team’s signature Native American Recognition Day presented by Talking Stick Resort will offer a colorful, fun and meaningful day at the ballpark to kick-off the 25th annual D-backs Inter-Tribal Youth Baseball & Softball Tournament, also presented by Talking Stick Resort. The celebration highlights include a pregame parade of more than 1,500 youth athletes representing over 20 tribes across four states, recognitions of Arizona’s Tribal Royalty Contingent, community members throwing the ceremonial first pitch, performing the national anthem and handling the color guard, performances from various drum groups, dancers, vocalists, art displays and educational exhibits. A portion of each sold-out D-backs x NARD cap ticket package purchased will benefit Native American programs in Arizona.

Monday, May 26 @ 5:10 p.m.: Memorial Day and Red Poppy Cap Giveaway
The Diamondbacks will honor the country’s brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom on Memorial Day. The red poppy, the nationally recognized symbol of sacrifice, will be featured on a cap to be distributed to the first 20,000 fans.

The team will honor Ken Kendrick Grand Slam Award winner Circle the City’s Sister Adele O'Sullivan, who has dedicated her career to providing medical care to unsheltered Arizonans, as the ceremonial first pitch guest. The organization will reveal the second recipient of the Nicole Hazen 4 Kindness Award, a tribute to her legacy of compassion and community spirit carried on through the Nicole Hazen Fund For Hope. In addition, the team will host Mountain Ridge Dance team as their pregame performance of the game, recognize Arizona’s newest Women’s Premier Soccer League team, Desert Dreams, in advance of their inaugural game on May 31, welcome Julie Immerman from the Phoenix Symphony to perform the National Anthem, and host the Phoenix Committee for the 2026 NCAA Women's Final Four, who will showcase the National Championship Trophy on display for photo opportunities (main concourse at Section 129). The team will close out the evening with a women-inspired Postgame Fireworks show presented by SeatGeek.
Saturday, May 31 @ 7:10 p.m.: Trey McBride First Pitch
The team will recognize Arizona Cardinals 2024 Pro Bowler, 2024 Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee and star tight end Trey McBride as the ceremonial first pitch guest. McBride will be available to media prior to his pitch.

The team’s Asian Heritage Celebration Series continues with the Chinese Heritage Celebration featuring the D-backs Year of the Snake Hat available with the purchase of a special event ticket package at dbacks.com/chinese. Fans can indulge in Chinese culture through a variety of tabling booths from Ricemill, the Contemporary Chinese School of Arizona and Arizona State University, a special pregame performance by the Golden Phoenix Lion Dance team, delicious baked goods from Happy Buns AZ located on Chase Field’s Plaza, face painting, coloring stations and more.
