Phil signed a Minor League contract with an invite to major league Spring Training with the Cubs Nov. 26, 2024...Owns a career 11-8 record with a 4.62 ERA (97 ER/189.0 IP) with 210 strikeouts and two saves in 187 Major League games across five seasons with the Brewers (2020-21), Dodgers (2021-23), Mets (2023) and Yankees (2024)...Made his Major League debut on Sept. 1, 2020 against the Detroit Tigers...Was a Mid-Season All-Star in the South Atlantic League and participated in the All-Star Futures Game in 2016...Selected by the San Francisco Giants in the first round of the 2015 draft out of the College of Southern Nevada...In 2015 became a Golden Spikes Award semifinalist going 9-1 with a 1.45 ERA (14 ER/86.2 IP) with 166 strikeouts across 16 starts...Received the Russ Ford Award as the most outstanding relief pitcher and the Robert A. Phil signed a Minor League contract with the New York Yankees on April 2, 2024, appearing in eight games for the Yankees, pitching to a 8.64 ERA (8 ER/8.1 IP)…Owned a 4-4 record with a 3.40 ERA (19 ER/50.1 IP) with 62 strikeouts and five saves in 39 appearances (one start) with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders...Recorded a career-high five strikeouts on Aug. 15 with the RailRiders.

2023

Split the season between Los Angeles-NL (36 games) and the Mets (25 games)...Established career bests in innings (67.1), games (61), strikeouts (76) and wins (five)...Held left-handed batters to a .202 (22-109) average, the 14th-best mark among National League relief pitchers (mn. 100 LHB faced)...Tossed a career-high 3.0 innings on May 15 vs. Minnesota...Gave up one unearned run on one hit... Matched his career-high four strikeouts on three separate occasions, May 15 vs. Minnesota, May 28 at Tampa Bay and June 24 vs. Houston...Allowed one run over 1.0 inning in his Mets debut on Aug. 2 at Kansas City...Earned his second career save and his first as a Met on Aug. 9 vs. Chicago-NL... Secured a 2-1 record over a career-high 60 games at the Major League level, producing a 4.72 ERA (32 ER/61.0 IP) with 67 strikeouts against just 14 walks…owned a 1.10 WHIP...Pitched in six games for Triple-A Oklahoma City, obtaining a 9.00 ERA (5 ER/5.0 IP) while not factoring in any decisions…struck out six batters...His 60 outings were tied for fourth most on the team and allowed one run or less in 49 of those 60 appearances...Matched his career-high in innings pitched (2.0) four times: Aug. 2 vs. MIA, Sept. 2 vs. SD, Sept. 16 at SF, Sept. 20 vs. ARI…struck out a career-high four batters on Sept. 2 vs. SD in a scoreless relief appearance...Pitched well on the road, posting a 1-1 record and 3.12 ERA (12 ER/34.2 IP) and 0.98 WHIP with 39 punchouts, compared to a 1-0 mark with a 6.84 ERA (20 ER/26.1 IP) and 1.25 WHIP with 28 strikeouts at home Was even keeled before and after the All-Star break, registering a 5.04 ERA over 30.1 IP and a 4.40 ERA across 30.2 IP respectively…secured a win in each portion of the season…secured his two wins during the weekend: Sunday, July 10 vs. CHC and Saturday, Aug. 13 at KC…did not allow a hit with runners on the corners throughout the season…finished his season on the Injured List with right shoulder fatigue.

2021

Started the year with Milwaukee before getting claimed off waivers by the Dodgers on May 3... With the Brewers, the righty pitched in just one contest April 16 against Miami, allowing two earned runs on two hits (one home run) and a walk over one inning... Appeared in five games for Triple-A Oklahoma City, going 1-0 with a 5.40 ERA (3 ER/5.0 IP) with 12 punchouts and zero issued walks from May 10 to May 21 before making his first appearance as a Dodger on May 23 at San Francisco, where he struck out one over 0.2 innings... Garnered a 4-2 record and 2.50 ERA (14 ER/50.1 IP) in Dodger blue this year, striking out 59 batters while issuing just 18 free passes…produced a 1.03 WHIP and limited the opposition to a .190 average (34-for-179)... Ranked amongst qualified Dodger pitchers in several categories: games (3rd, 56), strikeouts (7th, 59), and innings pitched (10th, 50.1)... Earned his first Major League win July 25 against Colorado, allowing just one hit over a scoreless frame…registered his first big league save earlier in the year June 10 at Pittsburgh, striking out one when facing the minimum... 2020

Spent the majority of the season at the Alternate Training Site in Appleton, WI... Contract was selected by Milwaukee on 9/1.....made his Major League debut that night vs. Detroit (1ip, 4h, 4r, 4er, 2k, 2hbp, 1wp).....his first career strikeout was Grayson Greiner after hitting the first two batters he faced.....was his only outing with the Brewers as he was optioned back on 9/3.

2019

Went 3-0 with a 2.48 ERA and one save in 20 relief appearances at Class-A Carolina...Held opponents to a .197 batting average with 53 strikeouts in 32.2 innings...Earned his first and only professional save on 8/24 vs. Lynchburg...Was named Brewers Minor League Pitcher of the Month for August/September after going 2-0 without allowing a run over nine appearances (18ip, 5h, 3bb, 28k)...Did not surrender a run over his last 14 appearances, covering 26.0 innings.....opponents batted .108 (9-for-83, 6bb, 39k)
