It was a career night for Cam Collier (Reds), who put together a perfect showing at the plate to highlight Friday night's action. Leo De Vries (Athletics), Jonny Farmelo (Mariners), Tre' Morgan (Rays) and Kevin McGonigle (Tigers) also flexed in big ways for their respective clubs, while Joe Whitman (Giants) found his groove again on the bump.
Leo De Vries, SS, Midland (ATH No. 1/MLB No. 3)
De Vries continued to impress with his new organization since being acquired by the Athletics at the Trade Deadline with his third multihomer game of the year and first at Double-A. The 18-year-old finished with three hits, adding a double to the mix, and finished with four RBIs -- another highwater mark at the level. De Vries is slashing .275/.348/.513 with 10 extra-base hits in 19 games for Midland. His deep fly on Friday was his third in the past six games, and he's the first 18-year-old to tally multiple homers at Double-A since Bryce Harper in 2011. Gameday.
Kevin McGonigle, SS, Erie (DET No. 1/MLB No. 2)
McGonigle continued to flash his plus-hit tool with his 27th multhit game of the season and 12th for Double-A Erie. His big game also marked the 11th time at least one of those knocks left the park since his promotion to the SeaWolves. McGonigle's 18th roundtripper had an exit velo of 108.2 mph off the bat. The 21-year-old ranks third among full-season Minor Leaguers with a .982 OPS across Minor League levels in 2025. Gameday.
Jonny Farmelo, OF, Everett (SEA No. 7/MLB No. 79)
Farmelo helped push High-A Everett to the brink of a Northwest League title with one of his best performances of the year in the club's Game 3 victory. The 29th overall pick in the 2023 Draft led the offense with a home run and a triple, driving in three of Everett's eight runs. Farmelo has hit safely in all three postseason contests. Gameday.

Cam Collier, 1B/3B, Chattanooga (CIN No. 6/MLB No. 95)
No one might be more disappointed about the season winding down than Collier, who has caught fire this month. The 20-year-old is slashing .386/.426/.345 with five extra-base hits and 12 RBIs in September. Collier punctuated his run with his fourth multihit effort -- third with at least three knocks -- of the month during the first five-hit game of his career for Double-A Chattanooga. Collier recorded a hit in all five trips to the plate -- including a pair of doubles -- and finished with a career-best six RBIs. Gameday.
Tre' Morgan, 1B/OF, Durham (TB No. 7)
It was a memorable night for Morgan and Triple-A Durham, as Tampa's infield prospect topped off his best performance of the year with a walk-off dinger. Morgan racked up a season-high seven total bases during his third three-hit game of the year, culminating with his first homer this month and seventh of the season. Gameday.
Alfonsin Rosario, OF, Akron (CLE No. 13)
The hits appear to come in bunches for Rosario, who knocked his way to his second four-hit game of the month for Double-A Akron. The 21-year-old found a hole through the left side of the infield with an RBI single in the second, laced a double to center in the sixth, lined another two-bagger to lead off the eighth before swiping his 14th bag of the year before motoring around the bases for an RBI triple in the ninth. Rosario boasts an .812 OPS across two levels of the Minors this season. Gameday.
Joe Whitman, LHP, Richmond (SF No. 15)
After enduring rough starts his last two times out, Whitman bounced back with an impressive performance for Double-A Richmond. The southpaw twirled seven scoreless frames, scattering four hits and a walk while fanning five. Whitman threw 60 of his 83 pitches for strikes and set the side down in order on 10 pitches in his final inning. The 23-year-old has had an up-and-down season but still ranks fifth in the Eastern League with 124 strikeouts. Gameday.
