Here are Thursday's top prospect performances from the Minors

5:22 AM UTC

The day began with fireworks as one of the sport's top international prospects had himself a game that will be hard to top. The Mets' Elian Peña did a few games' worth of damage in just seven innings, launching a trio of homers and driving in eight runs. But the 17-year-old wasn't alone, as notable names like Michael Arroyo (Mariners) and Colson Montgomery (White Sox) also played the long ball game.

Charlie Condon, OF/3B, Spokane (COL No. 1/MLB No. 23)
Condon's strong 2025 campaign continued with his seventh multihit game of June. The Georgia product doubled twice and drove in a run, giving him hits in 14 of his past 17 games. Last year's third overall Draft pick is batting .317 with an .879 OPS, 27 runs scored and 16 RBIs in 32 games for High-A Spokane. Gameday

Michael Arroyo, 2B/SS, Arkansas (SEA No. 7/MLB No. 76)
After watching teammate and fellow Top 100 prospect Lazaro Montes (SEA No. 2/MLB No. 31) hit his first Double-A homer on Wednesday night, Arroyo got in on the action. The 20-year-old slugged his first long ball for Double-A Arkansas and singled for his second consecutive multihit game. Arroyo has gone deep eight times in June and is batting .329 in 76 at-bats to push his 2025 slash line to .274/.427/.574 with 31 extra-base hits, 16 homers and 41 RBIs in 68 games across two Minor League levels. Colson Montgomery, SS, Charlotte (CWS No. 5)
Montgomery collected his third multihomer game of the season -- and second this month -- to highlight a three-hit night. The 23-year-old added a single and a walk to his ledger for Triple-A Charlotte, pushing his OPS in June up to .818 in 50 at-bats. Montgomery is halfway to his 2024 total of 18 roundtrippers, which he hit in 130 games for the Knights. Gameday

Boston Bateman, LHP, Lake Elsinore (SD No. 5)
The first-year pro capped his strong month by striking out a career-high nine over five innings for Single-A Lake Elsinore. Bateman allowed two runs -- the seventh consecutive start he's surrendered two or fewer -- to lower his ERA to 2.61 in June. The 19-year-old has dropped his ERA more than two full runs to 3.54 overall after posting a 5.68 mark in his first month as professional. Gameday

Elian Peña, SS, DSL Mets Orange (NYM No. 8)
Peña exploded for his best game to date in his 17th contest as a pro. The No. 3 international prospect heading into the 2025 signing period homered in three consecutive at-bats, doubled and drove in eight runs during a seven-inning game in the Rookie-level Dominican Summer League. Peña began his pro career hitless in 26 at-bats but has gone 9-for-26 (.346) with six extra-base hits since. Gameday
