Dinosaur throws out first pitch at Minor League game -- and we have proof!

Can a dinosaur throw a baseball?

That question may seem impossible to answer -- considering the fact that, well, dinosaurs are long extinct. But as Triple-A Gwinnett celebrated "Dino Night" on Saturday evening, we finally received some evidence.

A prehistoric creature tossed the ceremonial first pitch at the Stripers game at Coolray Field. This particularly talented dinosaur didn't even need arms, opting instead to use their mouth to launch the pitch towards home plate. And no, that's not a clip from the new Jurassic World movie.

It wasn't exactly a strike -- the ball trickled to the plate on a few bounces -- but that didn't quite matter. The dinosaur jumped up and down, celebrating the moment with a few mascot friends.

Safe to say that Dino Night is off to a roaring start.
