Reserved Members can exchange tickets through your My Orioles ticket account up to 24 hours prior to the game. Flex Members can fill out an exchange request form up to 48 hours prior to the game to be credited back to your Flex account.

- Kids Run the Bases, presented by Weis Markets
- All fans ages 4 to 14 will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game. Fans can start lining up in the 9th inning for Kids Run the Bases. All guests should look for the lollipop signage that states “End of Line”. Birdland Members should exit the ballpark and line up on the sidewalk outside of Gate D.

Gates will open according to the schedule below:
- Mon-Thurs: 60 min before first pitch
- Fri: 90 min before first pitch
- Sat: 120 min before first pitch
- Sun: 90 min before first pitch
