5:19 AM UTC

Saturday night was one for baseball's top prospects to shine brightest. From a walk-off single by Leo De Vries (Padres) to Max Clark (Tigers) filling up the box score with three hits, there was no lack of eye-catching performances in the Minors. Among other notables was Walker Jenkins (Twins) recording a Double-A first, Konnor Griffin (Pirates) continuing his excellent freshman campaign and Brandon Sproat (Mets) turning in arguably his best start of the season.

Leo De Vries, SS, Fort Wayne (SD No. 1/MLB No. 3)
De Vries came through in the clutch, delivering a walk-off single for High-A Fort Wayne to cap a multihit game that also included a walk. Despite struggling through much of June, the 18-year-old is batting .346 in his past seven games and has gotten on base at a strong .370 clip during the month thanks to 19 walks, one fewer than he amassed in April and May combined. Walker Jenkins, OF, Wichita (MIN No. 1/MLB No. 6)
Jenkins found the seats for the first time in Double-A and walked twice while extending his hitting streak to five games for Wichita. The 20-year-old appeared in the first two contests of the season before a high left ankle sprain sidelined him for nearly two months. Jenkins returned to the Texas League after nine rehab games in the Rookie-level Florida Complex League and with Single-A Fort Myers. The fifth overall pick in the 2023 Draft is batting .313 with a .945 OPS and nine walks since being activated. Full story | Gameday

Max Clark, OF, West Michigan (DET No. 1/MLB No. 7)
Clark extended his hitting streak to six games in a big way, rapping out three hits and reaching base five times in seven plate appearances. The 20-year-old, who also drove in his 41st run and swiped his 12th base in 14 attempts, has gone 11-for-25 (.440) with a pair of homers and seven runs scored during his hitting streak, which has lifted his OPS to .830. Lazaro Montes, OF, Arkansas (SEA No. 2/MLB No. 30)
Montes is proving his power can play in any park at any level after going deep for the third time in his first five Double-A games. The 20-year-old slugger also walked twice, giving him six free passes since his promotion to Arkansas. Montes left the High-A Northwest League as the circuit's top home run hitter (18) and now leads the Minors with 21, equaling his career-high set last season. Gameday

Konnor Griffin, SS/OF, Greensboro (PIT No. 2/MLB No. 31)
Griffin hasn't missed a beat since his promotion to High-A, and in fact, he's missing very little. The 19-year-old singled three times and swiped two bases out of the leadoff spot for Greensboro. Griffin has hit safely in 14 of 17 games since joining the Grasshoppers and is slashing .365/.461/.587 with 17 runs, 12 RBIs and 11 stolen bases. The Pirates' first-round pick in 2024 and first-year pro is batting .344 with a .960 OPS across two Minor League levels. Gameday

Brandon Sproat, RHP, Syracuse (NYM No. 2/MLB No. 60)
Sproat bookended June with scoreless outings to close out his best month of the season. The Florida product equaled a season high with six punchouts and allowed just two hits over six innings in his third scoreless start this year. Sproat topped out at 100.5 mph and generated 15 whiffs on 40 swings during his 78-pitch performance. Gameday

Cam Caminiti, LHP, Augusta (ATL No. 1/MLB No. 65)
Caminiti continued to play the part of a first-round Draft pick with another strong start for Single-A Augusta. After tossing four scoreless innings in his previous outing, the 18-year-old equaled a career high with eight K's and allowed one run in four frames. After struggling during four rehab starts in the Rookie-level Florida Complex League, Caminiti has been on point in the Carolina League, posting a 2.93 ERA and a 22-to-7 K/BB ratio in 15 1/3 innings across four starts. Gameday

Kevin Alcántara, OF, Iowa (CHC No. 3/MLB No. 66)

The 22-year-old has hit safely in seven of eight games, going 12-for-27 (.444) with seven extra-base hits and seven RBIs in that span. The hot stretch has lifted Alcántara's OPS to .790 with nine roundtrippers and 40 RBIs in 65 games for Triple-A Iowa. Gameday

Josue Briceño, 1B/C, West Michigan (DET No. 4/MLB No. 73)
Briceño was one of the driving forces during West Michigan's 21-run outburst. The Midwest League's top home run hitter didn't go deep, but he did double twice and equal a career high with five RBIs while reaching base five times. Briceño's big game pushed his RBI total to 50, second on the circuit, and lifted his slash line to .276/.400/.592 with 26 extra-base hits in 49 games. Gameday
