Jose Martín is entering his seventh season leading the organization's global People function. He brings over 30 years of progressive business experience distinguishing himself as a multifaceted executive who works in close partnership with Leadership teams to develop and operationalize creative people strategies and initiatives. He’s held senior global executive roles at the United States Olympic Committee, Yelp, Electronic Arts (EA) and Adobe, where he was a principal architect in shaping global talent management systems and mission-driven cultures for scale, and oversaw the integration of numerous public and private company acquisitions.

A graduate from the School of Business at San Francisco State University, Martín lives in San Francisco with his wife, Nicole, daughter, Dahlia and son, Sebastian.
