Q: Can I bring items from my personal collection to be authenticated at Giants Authentics?

A: No. Giants Authentics does not offer memorabilia authentication. Per the guidelines of the Major League Baseball Authentication Program, items can only be authenticated by MLB Authenticators and may only be authenticated during officially sanctioned team events.

Q: Is Giants Authentics a Giants Dugout Store?

A: No. Giants Authentics is not a Giants Dugout Store location.

Q: Can I use Fanatics or Giants Dugout Store gift cards at the Giants Authentics store?

A: Unfortunately, no. Fanatics and Giants Dugout Store gift cards are not redeemable at the Giants Authentics storefront.

Q: Can I use Splash Cash at Giants Authentics?

A: No. Splash Cash is not redeemable at Giants Authentics. Splash Cash can be redeemed for food and beverage at Oracle Park concession stands or retail at the Giants Dugout Store and in-ballpark kiosks.

Q: Can I use my Giants Season Ticket Member discount at Giants Authentics?

A: Yes! On most items, your 20% retail discount may be applied. Some exclusions do apply (Mystery Bags, discounted merchandise, for-charity merchandise, etc.).

Q: Can I purchase Giants Authentics memorabilia in the off season or on a non-gameday?

A: Yes! The San Francisco Giants Authentics Department operates year-round. When the stadium and storefront are closed, our hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

San Francisco Giants Authentication Program:

Under the guidance of the Major League Baseball Authentication Program, each MLB team participates in the collection, authentication, and sale of Game-Used, Team Issued, and Autographed baseball memorabilia - known across the MLB as “Authentics”.

In San Francisco, we lay claim to some of the oldest MLB Authenticated memorabilia in existence, dating back to the early 2000s, thanks to our storied history of playing home to some of Baseball’s greatest players.

At Oracle Park, a special subcategory of the Giants Retail Department, known commonly as the Game-Used Department, assists our designated MLB Authenticators in collecting and authenticating used and signed memorabilia directly from the San Francisco Giants. We collect items from around the ballpark, in the clubhouse, during home games, and directly from the players, coaches, and team staff.

After collection and authentication, items are taken to the GIANTS AUTHENTICS Storefront for sale to our most devoted Giants fans. Everything from broken bats and grass-stained jerseys to autographed baseballs and official on-field apparel can be found authenticated and on-sale at the GIANTS AUTHENTICS Storefront. We even sell authenticated Oracle Park dirt, taken right from the field – a long-standing staple of the Authentics industry.

Fans have the option to purchase the authenticated memorabilia in store, over phone or email, or online on the MLB Auctions platform, which plays host to the San Francisco Giants Official Online Auction & Buy Now Section.
