Which gate giveaway items can I choose from?

You may choose from the 10 gate giveaway items that were announced on February 11, which are listed on your online selection form.

What about any of the new gate giveaways that might be announced later in the season, after I submit my initial selections?

Due to the timing of when the Cubs place promotional orders, the 2025 benefit only applies to the gate giveaway items that were announced on February 11.

Can I change my mind once I’ve submitted the online form for my selected items?

All selections are final. Our vendor may be able to update a submission that was made in error by emailing Cubs@BDAinc.com by 5 p.m. CT Friday, March 14. Adjustments after that date cannot be accommodated.

When do I pick up my giveaway item?

Items can be picked up on the game date they are distributed at the ballpark gates. On the day of the game, the Season Ticket Holder redemption table will be located at Gallagher Way. You must show the scannable redemption ticket in your MLB Ballpark app at the table in order to redeem your giveaway item. The redemption table will be open beginning when ballpark gates open until the middle of the seventh inning. You are encouraged to pick up your items on your way into the ballpark by entering through Gallagher Way. As a reminder, re-entry to access Gallagher Way begins during the first inning.

Where do I pick up my giveaway item?

The Season Ticket Holder redemption table will be located at Gallagher Way on the game date they are distributed at the gates. The redemption table at Gallagher Way will be open beginning when ballpark gates open until the middle of the seventh inning.

Can I still pick up my item on gameday even if I don’t have a ticket to that game?

You must have a game ticket to enter the ballpark and Gallagher Way.

If you are not planning to attend the game that features your selected giveaway item, but would still like to receive it that day, please contact your Season Ticket Service Representative to coordinate pickup at our front office lobby (1101 W. Waveland Ave.) after the start of the game.

Can I pick up both of my gate giveaway items at the same time?

Unfortunately, items cannot be picked up earlier than the game date that they are scheduled to be distributed at the ballpark.

The redemption table will only stock the gate giveaway items scheduled to be distributed that day.

Be sure to double check your redemption ticket in the MLB Ballpark app to ensure you have the correct game date.

What are my options if I cannot attend the game that my selected item is being distributed?

All items must be claimed within 30 days after distribution at the ballpark.

If you cannot attend the game when your item is scheduled to be distributed, you can forward your redemption ticket to someone who is attending the game and they can pick up your item for you from the Season Ticket Holder redemption table. Please note that the Cubs are not responsible for ensuring that giveaway items picked up by another individual are delivered to you.

You also can coordinate directly with your representative to identify another pickup date as long as it is within 30 days of the initial distribution date.

What if the game is rescheduled or delayed due to weather?

In the event of a rescheduled game, the redemption table will be available on the day of the makeup game. In a weather delay, the redemption table will be open until the middle of the seventh inning. If the weather causes the redemption table to be moved to another location, that information will be communicated to you.

Can I select a #BudFriday giveaway item?

No, #BudFriday giveaway items are exclusively distributed to ticket holders in the Budweiser Bleachers. As part of this benefit, you may choose from the 10 gate giveaway items announced on February 11.
