- Bio: Brian has been with the Cubs since 2021. Previously he held various ticket sales, service and operation positions with the Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Coyotes, Sioux Falls Skyforce and Ticket Evolution. He is originally from Lake Preston, South Dakota and received his undergraduate degrees from the University of South Dakota and Wayne State College.

- Bio: Katelyn joined the Cubs in 2023. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Before joining the Cubs, Katelyn has held roles with other sports organizations including Colorado Springs Sports Corp, Denver Broncos, Air Force Academy Athletics, and College World Series Inc.

- Bio: Kyle originally joined the Cubs in 2022 working for the Grounds Crew at Sloan Park for two seasons, as a Guest Experience Associate last season, and has rejoined the team this year as a Ticketing and Event Operations Associate for his fourth Spring Training season. He is from Spicer, Minnesota and graduated from Arizona State University with a Marketing degree and Sports Business degree. Previously, Kyle has worked with the PGA of America, and the Arizona Coyotes.

- Bio: Joseph recently joined the Cubs in 2025 as a Ticketing and Event Operations Associate. He is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from Grand Canyon University with his undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Sports Management. Previously, Joseph has worked with the Arizona Cardinals, Grand Canyon University Athletics, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Western Athletic Conference, and sports marketing agency TEAM Lammi.

- Bio: Zach joined the cubs in 2025 as a Ticketing and Event Operations Associate. He is from Colorado Springs, Colorado and recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in sports management. Previously, Zach worked as a Ticketing and Sales Intern at Phoenix Rising FC, as well as other events such as March Madness Final Four and The Charles Schwab Championship.
