Off the field, Sal is deeply committed to serving the community. He is a dedicated participant in the Brewers Beyond the Diamond initiative, volunteering at schools, youth baseball clinics, hospitals and nonprofit organizations throughout Milwaukee. He is especially passionate about inspiring children, connecting with families and encouraging young athletes to pursue their dreams both on and off the field.

Sal’s an ongoing supporter of the Hunger Task Force, Ronald McDonald House, Children’s Hospital and veteran organizations, and is a strong supporter of Best Buddies, which reflects his heartfelt dedication to children with special needs.

Sal also plays an integral role in Brewers initiatives such as PLAY BALL and Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI), where he mentors youth and emphasizes the importance of education, perseverance and teamwork.
