2025 Voucher Redemption Instructions

Step 1

Log into Your Nationals myTickets Account

Click on Vouchers from the menu in the right-hand corner

Click on Voucher Offer.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to choose your Voucher Actions. You will have the option to either Redeem your vouchers for a game or Forward to a friend. If looking to Forward to a friend skip down to Step 9.

Select the vouchers you want to Redeem.

Review the selection in your Shopping Cart and "Place Order" to check out.

Forwarding Your Vouchers

Step 9

If you want to forward vouchers to a friend, select the vouchers you are looking to send to them and click "Continue".

Choose the friend who will receive your vouchers or select "Add Friend". Use the Find Friend search box to filter your list.

Select "Forward Vouchers" to complete the process.

If you need to recall any vouchers that you have sent, and have not been redeemed, you can do so by selecting "Recall" under the Voucher Actions button.

Choose vouchers to recall and then select "Continue".

Please review your selections. When you click "Recall Vouchers" these vouchers will be recalled
