Red Cross disaster teams are working around the clock with our partners to provide a safe place to stay, food to eat, and emotional support for those affected by the recent tornado and storms.
Five Red Cross shelters are open in Greater St. Louis to provide Red Cross services and a safe place to stay. Anyone who has been affected is welcome to stop by to get information, a hot meal, charge their phone and access other essential support. All our shelters are open for services, HOWEVER, if you are needing to stay overnight, it's important to remember that shelter populations are fluid as people come and go throughout the day. Please call 1-800-Red-Cross or go to redcross.org/shelter for a list of shelters available for overnight stays before choosing a location.
