More electricity is coming your way for 2026 so make sure you’re here for all the action by renewing your 2026 Season Seat Membership. A link to your member portal was sent via email on August 1, 2025 and includes information related to your 2026 plan, as well as a link to your personalized video. Renewal process is as follows depending on your payment plan:
- Easy-Pay Auto-Renewals: Plans will automatically renew August 29, 2025. No action is needed unless you would like to change your payment method, payment plan or Auto-Renewal enrollment status. Please visit your member portal to make any changes.
- Non-Auto Renewal: Please follow the steps below.
STEP 1: VIEW YOUR INVOICE
Renewing your plan for 2026 is simple.
- First, view your complete invoice by referencing the 2026 Renewal Launch email sent on August 1, 2025.
- Then log into your My Tickets account by entering the email address and password associated with your season ticket account.
- Go to the ‘To Do List’ tab.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT PLAN
Next, choose a plan for securing your 2026 Season seats via auto-renewal* – whether that’s payment in full now or signing up for our flexible 4-month or 10-month payment plans. Visit your personal renewal webpage to view all available payment option details. Please note that if you plan on using account credit for payment towards your 2026 Season Tickets, you will need to indicate that by checking the box in step 4.

*The deadline to opt out of auto-renewal for 2027 will be in August 2026.
STEP 3: DELIVERY METHOD
Digital tickets will conveniently be delivered FREE of charge via your smartphone through the MLB Ballpark app beginning in February 2026. Please contact your Account Representative if you have questions.
STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT
Once you’ve decided on a payment plan, you can easily select your payment method for all selected packages and check out.
- Please be sure to check the box to include any account credit in your purchase. Please note that if account credit only covers a portion of your purchase, it will be applied to the first payment and proceed in order of all payments scheduled according to the payment plan you selected in Step 1.
