Twins and Delaware North unveil several new and locally inspired menu items for the 2025 season at Target Field

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins, in conjunction with foodservice and retail partner Delaware North, today announced a variety of new specialty items – again including many with a connection to the Twin Cities – throughout Target Field for the 2025 season. The club also unveiled its new market-style open concessions layout at sections 105 and 109, introduced Surfside as a new food and beverage naming rights partner, and launched registration for Winnebago Industries’ “Hit It To Win It” sweepstakes.

The entire Target Field food and beverage collection, along with other ballpark enhancements, will make their collective debut at the Twins’ 2025 Home Opener this Thursday, April 3 vs. the Houston Astros. Gates will open at 1:00 p.m. CT on Thursday ahead of a 3:10 p.m. CT first pitch; tickets are available for purchase now at twins.com/tickets.

“We’re excited to welcome back Twins fans with a full lineup of new food and beverage options for the 2025 season, featuring, as always, an array of local partners,” said Pete Spike, Delaware North’s general manager at Target Field. “With everything from walleye tacos to refreshing boba teas, we’ll have something for everyone as they cheer on the Twins.”

The Twins’ popular Family Value Stands, located in Sections 120, 133 and 311, will be returning for the 2025 season and will again feature a menu of iconic ballpark staples, with all food items priced under $5. Additionally, Legends Landing (Sections S, T, U and V) offers fans an all-you-can-eat ballpark fare experience included in the ticket price.

New items for the 2025 season – the Twins’ 16th at the award-winning Target Field – include:

If a Minnesota Twins player home run hits the Winnebago brand RV parked in right field “on the fly” (off the bat and to the RV without touching the ground) during a 2025 regular season home game at Target Field, one lucky fan will be drawn to win an outdoor recreational vehicle or boat of their choice from Winnebago Industries, up to $200,000 in MSRP value.
