This Week at Citizens Bank Park: Phillies vs. Braves, May 27-29

The Phillies are back in town, kicking off a six-game homestand with a series against their division rival, the Atlanta Braves. Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights at Citizens Bank Park:

1. The series kicks off on Tuesday, May 27, at 6:45 p.m., which will feature two special ceremonial first pitches before the game. Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:45 p.m.; all other gates 5:15 p.m.
• Guy Gaudreau, on behalf of the Gaudreau family, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch ahead of the inaugural Gaudreau Family 5K Run/Walk & Family Day on May 31, 2025, at Washington Lake Park in Sewell, N.J. The event will bring the community together to honor the legacies of John and Matthew Gaudreau, whose lives were tragically lost last summer.
• Also throwing a ceremonial first pitch will be two-time Super Bowl champion General Manager and Executive Vice President Howie Roseman.

2. On Wednesday, May 28, before the 6:45 p.m. game, Olympic track stars and gold medalists Alexis Holmes, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Gabby Thomas will throw ceremonial first pitches, ahead of racing in the Grand Slam Track event in Philadelphia this weekend. Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:45 p.m.; all other gates 5:15 p.m.
• Round up your friends and family for Country Music Night, featuring country music throughout the ballpark all evening!
• Enjoy a pregame performance by country music artist Timmy Dunn in Ashburn Alley (behind Section 148).
• Take a photo with a Budweiser Clydesdale by the Liberty Bell outside Pass and Stow.
• Before the game, Budweiser and Penn Beer Sales & Service will present a $20,000 donation to Folds of Honor, an organization that provides scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military members.
• Also on-field pregame, the Phillies will recognize last year’s MLB Pitch, Hit & Run champion, Garin Fisher, who is from Jackson, N.J., and was the age 9-10-year-old baseball winner of the national youth skills competition. Fun fact: Fisher's brother won the competition two years ago.

3. All fans will receive a Retro Phillies Cap presented by SEI at the series finale on Thursday, May 29, at 6:45 p.m. Gate openings: 3B/LF – 4:45 p.m.; all other gates 5:15 p.m.
• Before the game, 13-year-old Christos Bottos from Berwyn, Pa. will be honored as this month’s Phillies Ballgirls Ball Kid of the Month. This once-in-a-lifetime experience is given once a month to a child battling a disease.
• At the end of the 3rd inning, 98-year-old World War II Navy veteran John Ryan will be honored as that night’s Hometown Hero presented by Toyota.

4. Bid on 14 unique items and experiences in the Phillies Lou Gehrig Day Auction to benefit ALS United Mid-Atlantic from May 27 until 7:30 p.m. on June 9, at phillies.com/lougehrigauction.
• Features signed memorabilia from players including Alec Bohm, Bryce Harper, J.T. Realmuto, Kyle Schwarber, Bryson Stott and Trea Turner, as well as Tiger Woods and the Philadelphia Eagles.
