FRIDAY AND SUNDAY GAME TIME CHANGES

Friday night’s (April 25) series opener vs. the Los Angeles Angels will feature a 6:40 p.m. CT first pitch, rather than 7:10 p.m. as previously scheduled; the Target Field gates will now open at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Additionally, Sunday’s (April 27) series finale against the Angels will now start at 12:40 p.m. rather than 1:10 p.m., with gates opening at 10:30 a.m. Moving first pitch times up by 30 minutes each day was done to help fans enjoy both the Twins and Minnesota Timberwolves this weekend, while helping accommodate traffic flow during a busy weekend in downtown Minneapolis. The Wolves will host the Los Angeles Lakers at Target Center for Games 3 and 4 of their first-round NBA Playoffs series, with tip-off scheduled for 8:30 p.m. on Friday and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, respectively.

CITY CONNECT FRIDAY

The Twins will wear their Nike City Connect uniforms for the second time this season tomorrow night, Friday, April 25 against Los Angeles-AL. Minnesota is slated to wear the City Connects for every Friday home game this season. For more information on the Twins’ City Connects, visit twins.com/cityconnect.

FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO THE BIG LEAGUES

On Saturday, April 26, Target Field will host the fourth of six regular season high school baseball games presented by TRIA Orthopedics, following the conclusion of that day’s Twins game. Saturday’s contest will feature Edina vs. Minnetonka. The six regular season prep games match the 2024 total for the most at Target Field in a single season in the ballpark’s 16-year history; each of the six games will feature a public address announcer and Target Field’s full assortment of videoboards and LED screens.
