Even in the midst of a power drought, Spencer Jones (Yankees) has been able to stay in the mix as one of the Minors' most prolific home run hitters. And with his first multihomer game since July, the 24-year-old is once again looking down on everyone else from the top of the leaderboard. On the pitching side, the Marlins' best pitching prospects took the ball in a Triple-A doubleheader, giving everyone a look at the potential future dynamic duo of Thomas White and Robby Snelling.

Spencer Jones, OF, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (NYY No. 3/MLB No. 86)
Home runs have been hard to come by of late for Jones, who entered August with 29 roundtrippers. The 6-foot-7, 240-pounder hit three last month but had gone deep just once in his previous 20 games before leaving the yard twice for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The two jacks produced a season-high five RBIs and nudged Jones back atop the Minor League leaderboard with 35 long balls, one more than Oklahoma City's Ryan Ward (Dodgers). Gameday

Thomas White, LHP, Jacksonville (MIA No. 1/MLB No. 21)
White was the opening act during Triple-A Jacksonville's doubleheader, which featured Miami's top two pitching prospects. White looked more comfortable in his second start for the Jumbo Shrimp, allowing one earned run but no hits in 4 2/3 frames. The 20-year-old struck out seven and has racked up 17 punchouts in 9 1/3 innings over his first two Triple-A outings, but spotty command (10 walks) has limited his effectiveness. White sports a 2.31 ERA and has fanned 145 in 89 2/3 innings across three Minor League levels this season. Gameday

Robby Snelling, LHP, Jacksonville (MIA No. 4/MLB No. 75)
Snelling followed White in Jacksonville's doubleheader and continued his dominance at the Triple-A level with five scoreless frames. The 23-year-old tossed 74 pitches (47 for strikes), surrendering two hits and three walks while striking out seven, including six of the last eight batters he faced. Snelling hasn't allowed more than one run in eight of his 11 starts since his promotion and has posted a 1.27 ERA, an 0.99 WHIP and an 81/17 K/BB ratio in 63 2/3 innings for the Jumbo Shrimp. Dean Curley, INF, Lynchburg (CLE No. 10)
Curley proved to be the offensive engine for Single-A Lynchburg, which rode the 2025 second-rounder's three hits and two RBIs to a Carolina League championship. The Tennessee product doubled the Hillcats' lead with a two-run triple and added two singles to finish 7-for-23 (.304) with three extra-base hits and five RBIs in five postseason games. Curley did not make his pro debut until Aug. 23 but ended the regular season on a five-game hitting streak. Full story | Gameday

Lucas Braun, RHP, Gwinnett (ATL No. 12)
Braun has lived up to his billing as one of the more talented pitching prospects in the Atlanta organization as he winds down his second consecutive strong season. The Cal State Northridge product and 2023 sixth-rounder has been nearly spotless since his promotion to Triple-A, capped off by seven scoreless innings in his third start for Gwinnett. Braun struck out only three but surrendered just two hits and retired 12 of the final 13 batters he faced. The 24-year-old sports a 1.42 ERA for the Stripers and a 3.67 mark in 27 appearances (26 starts) across the top two Minor League levels. Gameday
