Happy Birthday MDC! Commemorating the opening of Miami Dade College on Sept. 6, 1960, thousands of alumni, students, friends, faculty, and staff come together to give back and celebrate MDC’s community-wide impact. The annual fundraising event raises money for scholarships and programs and is an opportunity to show school pride. We invite everyone to wear blue, make a gift and celebrate what it means to say, “I AM MDC.”
