Shin-Soo Choo carried the torch in preparation for the upcoming Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang

The 2018 Winter Olympics will be here before you know it -- the Games are scheduled to get underway Feb. 9 in Pyeongchang County, South Korea. 
Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo hails from Busan, so it was with that in mind that he was given the honor of helping carry the official Olympic torch from Greece as it continues touring around the country:

No doubt a pretty special moment for Choo.
