RHP Jordan Hicks
Injury: Right toe inflammation

Expected return: Late June/early July
Status: Hicks threw a live batting practice at Triple-A Worcester on June 19, and hopes to go on a Minor League rehab assignment soon. The Red Sox expect to use him as a setup man. (Last updated: June 20)
3B Alex Bregman
Injury: Right quad strain

Expected return: July
Status: Bregman's latest round of testing went well and he continues to progress with his running. Bregman hasn't started baseball activities yet. (Last updated: June 20) More >>
RHP Kutter Crawford
Injury: Right patellar soreness/right wrist discomfort
IL date: March 27 (60-day IL)
Expected return: July or August
Status: Crawford, who has had multiple setbacks in his attempt to go on a Minor League rehab assignment, threw a bullpen session on June 17 and another one on June 20. (Last updated: June 20)
OF Masataka Yoshida
Injury: Right shoulder labrum tear
IL date: March 27 (10-day IL, retroactive to March 24; transferred to 60-day IL May 22)
Expected return: July

RHP Tanner Houck
Injury: Right flexor pronator strain
IL date: May 14 (15-day IL, retroactive to May 13)
Expected return: Late June/Early July
Status: Houck started a Minor League rehab assignment for Triple-A Worcester on June 18, going one-plus inning while giving up one run on two hits and one walk without getting a strikeout. He threw 32 pitches, 18 of them for strikes. (Last updated: June 18) More >>
RHP Nick Burdi
Injury: Right foot contusion

Expected return: Late June/Early July
Status: Burdi has made two rehab outings for Triple-A Worcester, the most recent coming on June 15. (Last updated: June 17)

Injury: Right hip inflammation
