Season Ticket Holder Auto-Renewal Opt-Out

By completing this request, you hereby elect to opt out of the Phillies Season Ticket Holder Extended Payment Plan with Auto-Renewal Program. Your opt-out will not be final until you receive email confirmation from the Phillies. Please contact the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 with any questions.

Please review the following before proceeding with the Opt-Out process:

  • Opting out of the payment plan does NOT cancel your season ticket plan.
  • If you plan to renew but want to discuss potential changes (e.g., seat relocation, adding seats), you should remain enrolled and contact the Sales Office upon receiving your 2026 season ticket renewal statement.
    • Due to high expected renewal rates, specific seat relocations or additions may be limited.
  • If you opt out of auto-renewal, your only payment option will be full payment by August 29, 2025.

To submit your request to opt-out from 2026 Auto Renewal, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Auto Renewal Opt-Out button below.
  2. Enter the email associated with your season ticket account and password. Click the "Log In" button.
  3. Click on the Request button next to the Auto Renewal Opt-Out Request and complete the process.
  4. Print out your confirmation page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email.
